Great company. The booking process is simple and easy to use. Any odd sized shipments can be priced and booked with the friendly and helpful sales team. The admin side is efficient and any help required is dealt with quickly. A great team to work with.

After being let down by other courier companies, we switched to Courier Logistics, who have bent over backwards to help us out. Very reliable! Major plus point is being able to speak to someone over the telephone or get a quick response by email - with any query. I would highly recommend using them.

Our Company were previously with a courier under the same name (APC). With our recent move to another location our account moved also. Courier Logisitics have given us the smoothest switch over and they have matched our previous rates. Aaron Cullumbine came down to our business and kindly sorted all of this out for us. We found him to be very Polite, informative and a down to earth guy!

We have used many Courier services and APC are by far the best. Their customer service, rates and delivery/collection consistency are 10x better than every other courier service we have used.

Their IT guy Ryan Franey was also very helpful setting up all of our systems and even came down to personally set up our printer.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable consistent courier service. I CAN'T stress this enough!!

Fantastic customer service. Rarely have any issues but when I do they are dealt with quickly and efficently.

Friendly, flexible and fully committed.

Not the biggest or the most sophisticated 3PL organisation I have dealt with but one of the easiest to work with. They get the basics right, show genuine care in their work and communicate really well. Basic processes are embedded using clever IT to create a robust operation.

We have backed into using Courier Logistics for a broad range of services, having started the relationship as a parcel customer. I now see them as a full solutions provider with capabilities across pallet traffic, sameday, specialist distribution, stock control, pick-and-pack and warehousing.

Andy Hughes at Head Office was extremely helpful and patience in taking me through the new on-line booking system. No sooner had I booked my consignment than there was a driver at my door ready to pick up the package - I think it was more luck than judgement that the driver happened to be in the area however it was a top-notch service and the client received the package the following morning.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

We use the APC Rotherham branch and I am always very impressed with the friendly proffesional staff who even when they are busy & under pressure try their best to help.
The only thing I would say is that the we have to wait on the phone for quite a while sometimes before anyone picks up but there are options to email and to be fair they do email back within the hour. I would in no way blame the staff for not picking up straight away as I can appreciate other customers problems take time to sort aswell.
I would recommend the company 100% and would like say thanks for all their help.

Excellent Customer Service, nothing is too much trouble and will always come back to you when they say they will.
IT Department are always quick to assist when we require if we have an issue with any of the reports we receive.
Deliveries are always carried out without question and on the odd occasion IF something goes wrong, Courier Logistics have sorted it out before we even know.
Strongly recommend using Courier Logistics.
