I have been buying through Craig at Balloch branch for some time now. The service from Craig and his team is the best I have ever seen. Attentive and communicative. Very customer focused even during stressful covid. I buy a lot of construction material and I now will always use Cowal ahead of the big nationals. Cowal are much more responsive and friendly. A more personal service.

I have used Cowal Building Supplies on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the service I receive, from the guys in the yard advising me on best product, through the office staff arranging delivery and taking payment, to delivery drivers arriving within the time promised. Everyone always appears happy and have time for the customer. In my opinion, a great company to do business with
