Very good service. Having tried to do this on my own with zero result, it is good to have someone who knows the ropes to deal with it for you. Shame it takes so long to get the money, but grateful to CP Financial Claims for their work.

Quick and easy, & trustworthy . From my point of view they do the work as I would not know where to start. Friendly and helpful team that explained what was going on . Pensions and claims are a minefield . The only downside is there is a 20% fee , but I have most of my monies back and they are working on the other claim .

Steve and his company took all the stress out of the situation for me , went about their business professionally and got me my compensation in a very swift manner , Very easy to deal with .

It is difficult to assess fully CP Financial Claims performance as the main issue was the time to achieve a resolution, which was not CP Finance’s problem. However, a successful result was achieved within the financial guidelines. Regular useful updates were provided.

You took on my case for pension compensation 7 months ago. I was assigned a consultant who kept me updated every step of the way. She was not only very efficient but friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her.
I recived updates both by email and telephone calls which was most welcome as I do not read my emails on a regular basis.
Today I recieved a telephone call informing me that my claim had been settled and the money was in my designated account. Detailed emails had been sent informing me of this but I had not read them as yet, hence the telephone call.

Despite the process being delayed a long time with COVID CPFC kept on it and kept me up to date with any developments. I would have given up way sooner if I had had to process the claim myself!!
