I absolutely adore the items I’ve had from Crafted by KS. Her products are such high quality, and are great value for money. I’ve had a number of items from her, and every single time, she smashes it.

Ordered a few times before but this time wasn’t the same for some reason- suppose to take up to 2 weeks for shipping and would be notified when it was ready and shipped. After this waiting period I had n update so messaged on instagram like I have with previous orders and I had slow responses and got told it would be shipped Monday which was roughly 17-18 days after I placed the order which is fine but I needed it for the specific date as it was a gift. I stated that the person who the gift was for was away on the Monday till the week after so wouldn’t be there on time I was given the response ‘I can refund you if you want’. So my first thought was it obviously wasn’t made because you wouldn’t refund a product you already made. Anyway I was correct as I replied is it not already made? No response to that until day after so I messaged again saying if it’s not
Made can I cancel as it won’t be on time for her birthday No response until later on the day and then she stated ‘I was going to make it in the morning and post it’. I then had to send multiple messages 6 times to enquire when I will be given the refund. I have placed orders before and as a returning customer i shouldn’t have been treated this way. Even a polite apology to say you’re busy you haven’t had to change to make the order, please give another time frame. Overall it was unprofessional and quite rude and I won’t be using these services again I have found somebody very similar who does the same products on Etsy !

Lack of communication, messaged and was told my order had been posted messaged again over a week due to not receiving it and it hadn’t been posted till that evening
