Ordered a personalised bracelet. Waited about a week and a half to get an email saying I was being refunded. No explanation or nothing. Was a present and was so disappointed as I needed it for the following week.

Didn’t receive two sentimental items i ordered and paid for and was made to believe i would receive before christmas if i collected the items but was told the seller was unwell but then saw the seller posting on social media offering to make gifts for others.
Seller also was replying then stopped responding and ignored me.
I had to send a message asking for a refund which i did receive but so close to christmas it didn’t leave me with time to order replacement gifts so i was really upset as i have ordered lots from the seller in the past and i tag and share her page with family and friends so it was disappointing the way i was treated.

Never got the item. I ordered this as a Christmas present as my grandad died this year. I never got the parcel just took the money.
I asked for them to send another one out and still haven’t got that one. Really disappointed as it was a gift that was suppose to be in memory of my grandad.

I ordered a necklace i had to message a few times as no reply, i didn't feel like they quality was great and was hard to make out the person's face. Was a gift so was a bit gutted.

Understand it was a problem out of sellers reach, but waited for my package for weeks and weeks to find out it kept getting lost etc. Never got it, but purchase was cancelled and still got my money back.
