Saw this website after watching rate my takeaway on YouTube. Decided to take a look and purchased a key ring with a message and personal picture attached to it. Received it this morning and well happy with the quality of the product and a nice message from the owner. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a sentimental gift.

I ordered a Keyring for my partner from our 2 children for his birthday, he states it is the best gift, personalised on the back with their own words and a photo engraved of the 2 of them on the front, for the price it is worth every single penny if not more!
Will definitely be ordering again in future.

She keeps you updated if there are any issues with photo quality.

I absolutely love the quality of the items.
I've bought bracelets, necklaces and keyring and the quality is unmatched, all for bargain prices too.
I am returning customer, not my first purchase, but definitely won't be my last.

I have purchased a few personalised gifts from here and the quality of them is amazing. Would highly recommend to anybody for the personalised special products they need.

When she does respond she’s snotty as hell!
Ask her a way ration about your order she is horrible
Took ages for it to arrive
When it did I thanked her and she ignored my message after reading it

The lady that is running the business is lovely. Offers to comment on pictures prior to engraving to ensure you get the best outcome and always happy to help with order queries / advice.

The items are beautiful and such good quality especially for the price you pay, I’ve had 3 bracelets and a necklace and they are amazing, I love them!

Service was absolutely disgusting!
When I was placing my order I had messaged the seller to ask what the current time scale was to receiving the product as I wanted the product for my mums 50th birthday. The seller reassured me that she would make my product and I would receive it well before the date I needed it (this was 3 weeks notice). It got to 2 days before I needed the product and it had still not arrived in the post, so I messaged the seller to ask if it had been posted she said yes, the following morning she messaged me to say my image was not clear enough? But had already told me it had been posted? I had to send more images and then had to go and pick up the product my self as it wouldn’t come in a day if she would of posted it! There was no apology from the seller and didn’t even offer my postage money back when I had to drive 1hour 45mins to collect the product! This seller is after one thing only and that’s the money!

Bought couple items (bangles) arrived on time and loved them…… I then placed an order for another bangle sent out bangle with wrong picture that I have already had….. said would replace this. she had posted the bangle out and didn’t receive so said she would re do and send another again….. did not receive the bangle that supposedly got done twice and both posted! Had to get a refund which received straightaway which shows the bangle wasn’t re done and sent out! This was a gift so was upsetting to be lied to that it had been replaced and sent out not only one but twice!!!! Will not be ordering again…. Shame because the bangles are lovely :(
