Absolutely made up with the item, but had to take the chain in to get clasp fixed. I know it was only £10 but expected to last longer than a wk. But great service ,just disappointed with item .

My chain and heart are beautiful but the only problem is the heart is always turning upside down so I don’t know if it’s the heart or the chain so it’s looks like a plain heart and not one with the picture on

When contacting the seller about the item I had received I was very disappointed by the service I received.
Firstly I ordered 2 of the Sam products with 2 different pictures on one and then another picture on the other.
On my item with the 2 images on I had read the description and it never mentioned anything about having on a couple of faces on the picture.

When I received the product one of the faces had been cut out completely. I hadn’t been contacted about this so I was not impressed.
I got in contact and was told it states on the website that only a couple of faces would be best.

Well this has been written on very quickly. As there is 2 products on different colours and one had this stated and the other one didn’t.
I then told her this and was told she didn’t deal with the website herself.

I then later saw on her Instagram story she was asking for help to do something on her website. So which one was it she did deal with the website or she didn’t?

Again after going backwards and forward with the lady she offered to do my product again which I declined as after being lied to and being Deceitful to a new customer was not on and I would rather not.

Very disappointed with the customer service and would unfortunately not recommend
