Saw 990 Adventure on web on Saturday, viewed it and bought it on monday, it was delivered Tuesday night 👍.
Phone calls answered promptly and rang back when they said they would.
Outstanding service (even in Covid times). Definitely worth the 3 hour round trip.

Great service and experience throughout. Bikes great and as described online. Cant wait to clock up some miles on it. Staff friendly and helpful, would defiantly use them again in the future. I couldn't have had a better service to be honest and can't recommend them enough. My partners had bikes for years and has never experienced a service like I had from them. I did my cbt on Wednesday so I was looking for my first bike. On Thursday morning I rang to enquire about a msx125 for myself. They had 1 left in stock and by Friday 6pm I had received it! Keith and Jason the driver were excellent. They really put out all the stops to get my bike to me and I can't thank them enough, especially in these trying times. I love my new bike. Its perfect for me and can't wait to go exploring with it. If you need a new bike, give them a ring, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Recently bought a triumph scrambler from them. Dealt with Jack from start to finish & I’m pleased to say that it was really easy process, the bike was presented really well. A very minor niggle but I’m confident that will be addressed, so would definitely recommend.

Been looking for a 2014 valkyrie as I have bad knees from Gout. The CB1000R hasn't been ridden for over 3 months due to it aggravating my knees. They had a 2015 that was immaculate and Jack sorted me a good deal, Matt let me come and inspect and sit on the bike and I have now had 3 great weekends out on my new bike. Just purchased a Triumph from Craigs Honda. From the sales enquiry with Keith, through to the delivery by Andrew, the customer service experience was second to none. Really great, geniune people to deal with, with a truly professional sales and after sales service.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others and also use again.

Really happy with the fireblade SP I bought from Craigs honda, exactly as described, Jack was helpful and very good at returning calls, the workshop had done a good job of preparing the bike, very happy, no issues.

Absolutely spot on Jack was efficient and great to deal with wont hesitate to get my next bike from them.
