We come to crealy and camp/glamp…
We come to crealy and camp/glamp regularly. What makes us go back is the wonderful staff at crealy meadows they always go above and beyond. Nick, Ian and Cameron are all really lovely, helpful and hardworking. And the ladies on reception are great too. (especially the lady with curly dark hair and glasses) but I didn't get her name.
A few of the staff in the park itself aren't so great. We had a big group of us and the little 1s wanted to go on a sooty ride but the rude man said it was closed and we were too late at 4.45 but there was 1 other child on it. Rather than filling the ride for the last ride of the day he was really rude and started the ride with just 1 child and their dad and left our kids really upset.
The food is great. We always enjoy it.
There is a smell of sewage at crealy meadows as you enter, luckily it wasn't where we were staying. I felt for the staff at reception having to work with the awful smell.
The shower block and toilets are always clean
The crealy staff could get some tips on the customer service from the crealy meadows staff.

absolutely fantastic even tho the rain was horrific, my wife my mother in law and all six of my children had an amazing day! great value for money all rides close together and even my 3 year old was able to go on every ride there!! perfect day out for the whole family, visited today and going again tomorrow, highly highly recommend
Psrk smelt of sewers at entrance
Psrk smelt of sewers at entrance, we stayed in basic camping area, 10 minute walk back no lights at all pitch black, foid was off the scale for 2 adults 2 kids to eat breakfast and have a drink just shy of £50 we couldn't afford any of it we went to local tesco n bought our own would of been nice to treat kids but not at that price ques were fine mostly polite workers, evening was OK but they shut play areas inside and out at 8 pm which is ridiculous on a summers night on holiday would recommend to pop in for day but to stay and pay there prices noway I'd come back

Don’t expect an 18yo worker to hit in my 15yo teens & add them on social media! Emailed to complain but haven’t heard anything back which is even more shocking!!!
We love going to Crealy
We love going to Crealy. It's not like a major theme park so if that is what you are expecting go holiday somewhere else. It is a lovely local fun park. There are a handful of exciting rides for the older kids, twister, maximus mini roller coaster, log flume, pirate ship, squirty boats, then there's plenty for the smaller kids with trains, mini car rides mini mini roller coaster, loads of indoor and outdoor fun play areas, a number of shows to watch and then there are the animals and park walk areas not to mention the outdoor wet zone. I don't understand the negative reviews. I think you just didn't take a proper look around or yoy were expecting Alton Towers. We also found the queues acceptable. We went on the popular rides either as soon as we arrived "arriving for 10am", at lunchtime as people are having lunch and at the end of the day when people start to leave.
Wow, great time we are having
Wow what a fantastic time grandad, nan and the three grandkids have had at crealy, the theme park plenty to do for all there ages 10,7,6.Then before we are all out for the great evenings entainment its back to no1 Cedar lodge and chill out in the hot tub, big shout to crealys hot tub man SIMON, looks after and maintains our hot tub, with three grandkids he's doing a great job, overall would recommend Crealy great staff, clean resort plenty giong on without it being like a madhouse like other big name holiday parks.

Expensive for what is theme park run by school kids. A lot of the rides were understaffed.
Queuing for an hour on nearly every ride.
The place felt like it was in a time warp with rides from the 80s
Won't return
Booked a kennel prior to arrival went to information desk paid the deposit to be told we then had to go back the way we had come (through crowds of people) to access kennels asked if we could show entry tickets whilst at that desk told no show at entry so after settling the dog we went to entry and collect our prebooked stroller to be told we had to return to the information desk to collect stroller so back to headed to re que (not a good start) with impatient children this all could of been clearly stated to us before attending to make the process easier. Queues absolutely huge we managed 2 small rides and 2 larger ones in a couple of hours! Food is absolutely ridiculous prices for food cooked from the freezer by kids we quickly regretted not taking pack ups nearly 9 pound for a jacked potato with tuna and cheese which she chucked on with her hands go gloves or tongues apparently they don't have them! Toilets need checking as the floors are dangerously wet they are a accident waiting to happen! There is a designated smoking area for smokers but people all over site smoking where they liked all in all bad experience will not return and for the cost really are disappointed and feel we could of done something much better with the children!!
Very disappointing
Our visit was one disappointment after another. When booking the day before the visit, it was said “Park fully opened”, on arrival there were rides not open even though weather was nice. The food Hall, another disappointment, the pricing for underdone cooked from frozen fish and chips, unreal! The rest of the food options either closed or run out of them, also pricing ridiculous! We have been there 3 times and won’t be coming back again as it’s been declining since then.
The only thing I will say it was fantastic, is the staff. They were kind and welcoming, and that is why I am giving 2 stars, just for the staff.

Terrible as not lighting walking fro the clubhouse back to our caravan, and from caravan to toilet blocks
Fantastic experience - worth every penny
We have just bought annual platinum passes due to how fantastic the park is. There is a ride for all ages & our 10 month old absolutely loves the rides. Not to mention what an asset all of the staff are at the park. In particular, the staff who are normally on the rides who make every ride so exciting by the words that they use over the microphone. You can see that staff truly love their jobs & without them, the whole experience would not be the same.
We really look forward to spending more weekends at Crealy with our friends and family.
Professional and thoughtful team
The accommodation was perfect for our needs, It had all the commodities needed for our break.
The team at Crealy Resort especially Daniel and his female colleague went above and beyond kindness during our stay during the week of May 22nd 2023. We as a family have a deep appreciation for the difference this team made for helping us during our difficult time of loss. The team were all very professional, and your kindness during this time made a world of difference. Your thoughtfulness and generosity was sincerely appreciated. As a family we cannot express how well looked after we felt and would recommend your team/park to anyone who wishes to stay on your resort in the future. Your team's gestures has definitely restored our faith in humanity. You made us feel less burdened and assured us that we were not alone. We cannot thank your team enough. Thank you to Josh for your thoughtfulness in planning our return to your resort. Thank you so much for your care. We will be members for the next coming years...

Second time we’ve stayed in our tent and will be back again. Very clean site the kids love the theme park we didn’t have to queue for long for any rides. 99% of the staff were really friendly. The evening entertainment was brilliant better than any other uk camping holiday we’ve had Ash and Vince were amazing great with the kids and a laugh with the adults.

we had a great time
i had a great time with my children at crealy, its affordable for the experience but i would recommed taking a picnic as the canteens poor.
Disappointment of not seeing santa.
I am a gold member and have been for many years on and off. I've been to see santa with the kids once before with my partner and bought tickets on the door. But today when we did this we were refused and subsequently left with a disappointment young lady. I was told by a cocky kiddy on the gates that I should have been emailed but I have never received one single email from Crealy since the beginning. I am very disappointed and unhappy that you couldn't accommodate us. Last year you had no issue and covid measures was in place!
Poor customer service
Poor customer service.
Overcharged by their booking system. Unable to speak to a human and not willing to refund. Not acceptable and very frustrating. Do better Crealy.

Just arrived at crealy to be told all big rides as it is a pre school day. Already bought tickets on website and have 2 teenage children with nothing to go on. No notice that it was a pre school day and no offer of refund. Never again
Creally destroys additional needs childs property
Our sons granddad and uncle took him to creally for a treat. With grandad being very poorly and uncle Riley having a short leave from the navy, it was perfect timing to treat there only grand son/ nephew. Over an hour wait for each ride and our son is additional needs so it wasnt easy for any of them. With our boy not being able to do each of the queues for over an hour for each ride they headed to the inside play area. Unfortunately our boy lost his brand new crosshatch jumper, granddad left his name and number incase it was found. He luckily had a phone call the follow day from Willow a member of creally staff to say it had been found, due to him being busy ( at the hospital ) he said he would get us to call back. For nearly a week we have been trying to call willow on 01395234887 Unfortunately there is no answer it just rings. Even contacting creally on 01395233200 and selecting option 0 is no good, there is never any answer, we had even emailed them and contacted them via Facebook with no reply other than their standard automated response. So with it being nearly a week ago and no lucky through either of these numbers my husband and son drove from Newton abbot to Exeter to visit creally to hopefully retrieve our sons jumper. This is were we are extremly disappointed and our son is upset as it was a brand new jumper that he picked out. They arrived at creally and spoke to a staff member on the front desk 3rd September 2022 at approx 11.45 only to be told that if any lost property is not collected within 48hours it is destroyed. Were extremely disappointed in creally, they were well aware that he had additional needs and now they have destroyed an additional needs childs property. Whats the point of phoning to say its been found only for the number you give to never be answered? Our boy was so disappointed that he lost his jumper, then he was so excited to know it had been found, now he's dealing with the fact that its been destroyed. Hope your staff member feels proud telling an additional needs child that his brand new jumper was destroyed. Your staff need retraining.
No soft play for under 3’s
Having been going to Crealy for years, as a child myself and with my five-year-old when he was younger, I was very much looking forward to going back with him again plus my other child who’s one. However, I was extremely disappointed to see that both the small play areas for what I would assume is for children under the age of three, are no longer there! There was a fantastic soft play area for toddlers inside, what is now a Sooty land hall, and there was also a small play area in the adventure play barn, in amongst all the seating area, now no longer there. 0ur 5 year old had a blast, however our one year-old ended up staying in his pushchair for the majority of our visit, due to the fact that there was not much to keep him entertained. Being very busy, the queues for the rides that would’ve been suitable were very busy and long, and he didn’t have the patience to wait to go on them, understandably seeing as he is only one. Therefore, we were looking forward to him burning some energy in the mini play zones, but they have both gone! Cannot believe they have been taken away! This has been enough to make us decide not to come back to you again for a few years, at least until our one-year-old is five! What a shame!
