Great day out for all the family.
Felt safe with current restrictions. Staff all friendly, people keeping to social distance rules, all rides disinfectant before and after each person rides. Park is very well organised. We had a crealy good day.

One of the best holiday locations i have ever had the fortune to visit, we have been back 3 or 4 times now with our boy. The rides are great for pre-teens and smaller kids, the campsite is immaculate as are the bathroom facilities. Staff and crew are super friendly and helpful despite the long hours they seem to work. We were hoping to return again this summer but with what has happened it will probably be next year now. Great place would recommend a visit even if you are not able to stay at the campsite.

Great day out today with my wife and grandkids. We got there early and the kids got straight into the water rides. There's loads to do and the kids loved it ( ages 13 and 6). Staff are helpful and polite, the amenities well kept and clean and a good few places to eat and drink. Picnic benches strategically placed near rides so the adults can rest their backs and have a cuppa. "7for1" deal means you pay once and can come back every day for a week - what a touch!

As always we had a fantastic holiday and theme park fun!

We visited at the height of the summer season for 3 nights in a safari Lodge Glamping Tent, and even though it appeared everywhere was fully booked it was still a fun and relaxing holiday!

The food both on the theme park and crealy meadows site was brilliant value for money and tasted amazing!

The accommodation was perfect for our needs but the sofa bed was not the most comfortable, but then what sofa bed is really?!

The on site activities run by Becky were brilliant and she was absolutely fab with my autistic daughter!

We will be members for many more years to come!

If you have children from 3yrs to 12 years then I Highly recommend both visiting the park and having a holiday here!

Good day out kids loved it, shame not everything was open but still had to pay full price. Also i think the price of an adult is a bit far fetched.

firstly an 11yr old girl was charged full admission price. But biggest grudge the food. Route 66. The food was not fit for animals plus working out the costing for a bargain bucket £20!!!!!. you had approx £3 WORTH OF FOOD HEATED TO A MOUTH BLISTERING TEMPERATURE and a bottle of drink 99p. Not a bad profit margin for a captivated audience.And we are locals with children and grand children. Unfortunately they will grow up not knowing what the rich kids are talking about (the place known as crealy).!!!

Generally a fun day out with the kids. Lots for them to do and they always enjoy the day. Can be a little rough around the edges, however, but charge premium prices on a par with much larger rivals such as Legoland eg they provide high chairs that are too big to fit under the tables in their restaurant, staff allow other customers to push past while measuring your child which results on the ride filling up before you can get on, larger rides often closed/or they advertise a ‘new ride’ when in reality they have just re-themed an existing one, complaints team do not respond in time frame advertised.

We were staying onsite at their lodges, and paid for our niece and nephews (x3) to came up for the day to spend with us at crealy on Wednesday.
I got them to come back down today to use the ‘6 day free on their tickets’ to be told because we didn’t validate them they were not allowed in despite having a confirmation email, receipt, their tickets from Wednesday & many photos on my phone to prove it was the same children as before!

Simon Wallace the ‘manager’ on shift today and the ‘on gate’ staff were not helpful nor compassionate and just continued to say there are signs. However, the signs are not when you buy, or print off your tickets on entry. When you get into the park with kids they run wild you do not have time to stop and look at a sign on the back of a ‘park map’s’ stall etc.... it was a genuine mistake which I explained to al staff members involved, but that didn’t matter.....

I’m absolutely disgusted & these three children stood there listening to Simon tell them no, while they were welling up, and he still couldn’t use management discretion. Very very disappointed, upset & annoyed!!!

Always an enjoyable experience with the kids. Recommended,

We're members and visit crealy all the time with our kids. They love it and we like being able to sit and relax with a coffee while they play.
