Staff were all really warm, friendly and welcoming. Treatment and tests were explained fully and we were listened to. We felt fully supported every step of our journey and all our questions answered.

I have been with CREATE Birmingham for a few weeks now as NHS referrals after waiting 2 years. I literally cannot fault this clinic and the staff at all. From regular scans and check ups to blood tests and very thorough monitoring. Had my egg collection and I was so at ease and at peace with how the process was going. Medication arrived swiftly and on time. Called me diligently for checking up and to discuss my embryos. Still have the FET to go with them but for me the experience with CREATE has been amazing so far. Brilliant staff and excellent clinic.

We came to create fertility via the NHS, we were lucky to have a funded cycle. The doctors and nurses were all brilliant.
Our first consultation was in Wolverhampton, the doctor did the scans and talked us through everything, made sure we understand the odds and the risks. The nurse handled our nerves brilliantly and was such a big support.
We attended the Birmingham clinic for treatment and found the team knowledgeable and caring.
IVF is one of the most stressful and heartwrenching experiences of our lives. I'm terrified of needles so my husband was the one injecting me, it's hard.
We beat the odds and got incredibly lucky and I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant and feeling blessed. I am really glad we were with create and when we go for our next baby we will be choosing them.

It's a tough journey that included losses but ultimately the experience at create (Birmingham) has led me to become a mother to a beautiful baby. Very exceptional service, professional team

We welcomed our beautiful baby girl in June 2022 after using Create Birmingham for our treatment. We cant thank the team enough for their support and guidance throughout the whole process. Staff were all very friendly and always there to offer support.

Issues surrounding covid restrictions at the time:
My husband was not allowed in for critical interventions such as the embryo extraction and transfer.
Concerns surrounding ethical considerations when consultations are given after procedures-I felt woozy from medication and in some pain from the procedure maiking it difficult to concentrate so having critical information that effects my treatment plan would have been more appropriate to have my husband there to take the information on fully

Overall the clinic and our experience was thoroughly positive and would recommend them to other's seeking fertility treatment

It is a good place to consider for people TTC. Each units are welcoming, calm and the professionals are friendly.

From start to finish create we're amazing...very helpful, always there to talk and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I was very lucky to have my little girl on first round of icsi and I'm fortunate enough to have a frozen embryo for the future. Can't thank them enough for changing my life.
