This was a very quick process and painless I received my card within days and was so simple to activate thank you so much

In the beginning they were awesome they were polite courteous attentive willing to help now they act like they're doing you a favor when you call and they point out the negatives when they begin their sentences with you you you never take responsibility for anything they never try to make it right they don't appreciate your business don't know what happened but I closed my account paid off the credit card not going to put up with it and I'm not going to put up with a 39 charge every year even though they told me they wouldn't charge it again and they reimburse me this time they refuse to reimburse unless I close the account so they could care less if they have anybody's business they're going to be out of business soon in my opinion.

Capital one is wonderful, I have been looking for a way to build my credit score and they gave me a chance to do so, I will definitely recommend Capital one to my family and Friends, thank you Capital one.

Is easy and nice to use

Sofar so good I've used it when I was short on cash for food and it's been very helpful thank you I look forward to raising my amounts

Doing fine but I need my interest rate lowered and my available credit higher

when I fell seriously ill nearly two years ago,I was forced to miss months of work.I tried working with my creditors but many gave up on me even though I had never missed a payment before my illness.A few even dropped me even when I managed to get current over time.But Cedit One Bank was always with me the entire time.not one discouraging call or letter sent.Thank you for making me feel like a person and not just a bill that needs to be paid.

I have had a great experience with the Credit One card. The only downside is the yearly fee but on the upside it helps build credit quickly.
