I have found Creditsafe very easy to deal with. The Accounts Sales Manager Paul Duncan has been very responsive throughout, understanding our requirements, arranging trials and providing an agreement that is great value for money. We are now moving into implementation and again are being provided with help and support with set up and to migrate our portfolio onto the Creditsafe system

I have not applied for any credit and the postcode you have used to Trans Union is not mine.
I will be seeking a final response from you so I may take my complaint to The Financial Ombudsman

You certainly did not have consent for a hard search and this has caused me great distress.
I have emailed like you stated with the relevant information but heard nothing from you not even an acknowledgment.
This is just unacceptable so respond to me email quickly please.

Sadly the responses by email so far have been very poor ,you asked me if a recognised a company who apparently did the search you should have known as I mentioned Premier Inn to you it took me a few seconds on google to find out that Worldline Global are connected to Premier Inn.
So all you trying to do on here is trying to make yourselves look good on here but it’s just waffle and in reality you’ve done nothing
Just give me a final response letter so I can go to the FOS as you have no intention of putting things right.
I will reiterate- A hard search on my credit file was done without my consent and the 3 of you involved and you passing the blame around but none of you are actually taking responsibility and sorting anything out to my satisfaction.

I have been corresponding with a Jordan Hopkins and they have accepted the search was not done with my consent and nothing to do with me.
Therefore I have asked him to supply a final response letter so I can take my complaint to The Financial Ombudsman Service as I require compensation for your actions and it’s Creditsafe named on TransUnion nobody else and then it will be removed from my credit file despite you requesting it to be removed that is not enough or a guarantee it will be removed.
I trust a final response letter will be sent to me in due course.
I will not be going to Action Fraud as Jordan suggested as I have researched them and they seem a waste of space.

Disappointing that you have not supplied me with a final response letter as yet and Worldline have ignored my email to them.
I will just wait the 8 weeks as they FOS have advised me I can if you or Worldline don’t issue a final response letter.
To make matters worse Jordan Hopkins didn’t even actually apologise in his last email!
You stated above after your Final Response I could escalate my complaint-Well where is it then?????!!!!!!!

I only went online to see my business credit score and then was called back so they could 'show me' online.
It then turned into a lengthy 46 minute call by a person who literally would not take 'no' for and answer, even though I repeatedly told her that I had had a hard year financially and wanted to ensure that I was financially able to commit to a contract before going ahead. I even told the lady on the phone that I thought it was very irresponsible for a company that is supposed to be advocating good credit to be encouraging someone to enter into a contract when they are telling you they want to check their finances first. Eventually she came down to £33 a month from £250 so I signed up as the deal was too good to miss but it was 46 minutes and I also just wanted to get off the phone. She even pretended to 'run down the office' to her manager and came back literally 10 seconds later to say she could give me the best deal. Very brutal sales tactics for a company that should have an ethical obligation to keep people financially safe. Hopefully my decision to sign up will be a good one but if not, I am not looking forward to the call if I ever want to leave
