What a fabulous place! I did the 1 day glass fusion for beginners. Gill was so helpful and knowledgeable and encouraged everyone with their chosen pieces. Tea and coffee on tap and a great atmosphere, I would thoroughly recommend Crescent glass.

What better way to spend a windy, chilly weekend than tucked in at Gill's crescent glass studio leaning to make a leaded panel. Kettle always on, biscuits galore but more importantly Gill is there to offer support and show you around the intricacies of stained glass with her years of experience. Give it a go, you might surprise yourself with what you can achieve with Gills guidance.

I attended the two day stained glass course and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. I have no previous experience of working with glass and I learned so much. Gill is an excellent teacher and she provides all of the necessary tools and materials (including a great choice of glasses). I was made to feel very welcome, was well supported and I will be attending future classes to build on my knowledge.

Absolutely fantastic Loved every minute of my Angel Glass one day workshop. Gillian is a wonderful patient teacher who is happy to share her vast knowledge with nothing being to much trouble, Came home with six beautiful angels to hang on the tree . Would definitely recommend Crescent Glass. Great idea for girlie gettogethers, hen days etc.

Had an enjoyable and educational 2 days with Gillian learning about stained glass. Very knowledgeable and supportive. Looking forward to doing many more courses.

Very enjoyable afternoon! Went with 3 work friends and normally we can't stop talking but we were all too engrossed in what we were doing to chat. Time went really quickly and we were all chuffed to bits with our glass creations. Gill was very patient and knowledgeable but allowed us to get on with it once we were shown what to do. Would definitely recommend, and will be taking my mum along for a taster session too.

Gillian was welcoming and provided excellent tuition. All instructions were clear and easily followed, ensuring a good outcome. I had a lovely day and felt very satisfied with the butterfly I made. The morning was very worthwhile, I feel very encouraged to return.

I attended a full day taster course recently..it was amazing. Didn't realise we would be learning so much. All materials are included and Gillian was a great teacher

I enjoyed the workshop very much. Everything was explained clearly and precisely and Gill was very helpful. We made several things out of glass. I would have liked an insight into what we were doing so as to have time to think about what design I would like to do on the glass.

Just had a superb day on the Intermediate Glass Fusing course. Gill is very knowledgeable and full of tips and tricks! I came away with new skills, knowledge, moulds and exciting projects in the kiln! Can't recommend it highly enough for anyone who wants to move on from the basics and gain skills and inspiration for more glass adventures!

I booked my Mum on to the stained glass window course for her birthday and she really enjoyed it! So much so, she's wanting to do another course soon!

I was bought this workshop as a Christmas present. Gill was great, she was very inspiring. It was a great day, very informative with lovely results at the end of the day. Would highly recommend

I absolutely loved my 2 day stained glass course - I've wanted to do it for so long. Gillian is a brilliant teacher, who teaches you and guides you when you need it, and knows when to let you tackle aspects yourself. She knows how much help you need and when you need it. I will 100% be going back to learn other glass skills, and hopefully doing weekly classes in this beautiful, safe space for creativity, studio.

The 2 day stained glass course, I found to be very friendly, relaxed and full of tips. I can recommend this course to anyone from someone who has no knowledge of stained glass to those who have some expertise.
The studio was fully equipped with a wide range of glass to choose from. There is always a helpful hand and advice if you need it.

Had a wonderful day last Saturday at Crescent Glass. It was so nice to be back face to face with a fabulous tutor. I had never worked with glass before but thoroughly enjoyed the day and made some lovely pieces. Gill was a great, patient tutor who instilled confidence in me from the start. The studio is lovely and light and felt very safe as far as Covid. We worked behind Perspex screens and everything that could be done to ensure safe practice was carried out. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great day.
