We had an amazing experience working with Billy at Connely Roberts. Our situation was slightly different, as one of us was a first-time buyer and the other having already been through the process on a previous property, but Billy handled everything with absolute professionalism and ease, ensuring we were both comfortable with everything throughout.

He took the time to clearly explain the process to both of us, making sure we felt confident and informed, while also tailoring advice to our needs and situation. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had (I had a lot!).

Billy made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. His knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to getting us the right deal really stood out. We also really appreciated the reassurance in relation to follow up on increase of rates and support with other important processes to protect us moving forward.

The first time I worked with Adam, I was self-employed and had been told elsewhere that getting a mortgage would be extremely difficult. Adam was reassuring, knowledgeable, and completely unphased. He took the time to understand my situation properly, explained everything clearly, and somehow managed to secure an incredible mortgage with a fantastic rate when I honestly thought it wouldn’t be possible.

More recently, I returned to Adam to secure another deal and add my partner to the application. Once again, the service was outstanding. The process was smooth, well-managed, and completely stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled professionally and in my best interests.

Adam’s fee more than pays for itself in the savings he achieves, and the value he adds is exceptional. He even checked how rates changed throughout the process, and got an even lower rate than we initially thought which we were delighted about. Another great service provided by Connely Roberts. This time a more complex double remortgage including an equity release. All options were communicated extremely clearly from the outset and Adam worked tirelessly through the process to ensure everything ran smoothly. Any queries I had were replied to straight away and everything was so much quicker than I anticipated, despite the complexities. I recommend Connely Roberts regularly and will continue to do so.

I cannot praise Adam & his team enough. He has been incredible at explaining every step of the process & securing our new mortgage.

His colleague Cara, also fantastic when it came to sorting out our life insurance, again, explaining everything and making sure we understood what each policy meant.
