Connely Roberts Mortgage Services helped us with several mortgage needs, and they’ve been absolutely brilliant every time. They are professional, knowledgeable, and clearly bring many years of experience in the mortgage market.

They helped us remortgage our home, secure a new mortgage for a buy-to-let purchase, and arranged additional borrowing on our existing mortgage – all handled seamlessly and with great advice throughout.

We’re now planning to use them again for our next buy-to-let mortgage and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A truly reliable and expert service. Very happy!

Have just finished our first remortgage with Adam who also helped us with the initial purchase. Our current High Street Bank gave us a Mortgage Offer last year but the whole deal fell through due to our buyer lying about his position. The offer timed out before we found an alternative buyer.
When we did, the bank said it would be simple to redo the application, they rejected it even though our financial position had improved. We were told to reapply at a lower figure that they suggested, we got a well known broker to reapply at the suggested level on our behalf, it was rejected for a different reason altogether!
We went to a specialist 'Self Employed' broker, they sucked air through their teeth, 'It is going to be difficult!' It took them several weeks, calls were promised and nothing happened, they clearly didn't care about us!
I looked on the internet and checked TrustPilot, and came across Connely Roberts, with time running out and an impatient vendor, they were our last chance!
Adam was extremely clear, expecting big problems but his attitude changed when he looked at our our position. His knowledge of the way lenders worked was impressive. To our surprise, he suggested an application to a different High Street bank! We questioned the decision, he quietly told us to 'Trust him.'
Eleven days later we had a Mortgage Offer for the full sum applied for at a very competitive rate!
How he knew, how he did it we will never know but this guy is a financial magician!
Everything was explained perfectly and honestly, his fee was minimal compared to the broker we tried who couldn't find any mortgage for us!
