Charles assisted me with a tribunal claim from a former employee - Charles was excellent throughout, keeping me updated, and offering sound advice resulting in a successful outcome.

Lee Mathew helped with our HSE consultation today, excellent helpful and professional service again.

They need to look after their employees better, especially with the industry they are in. I didn't hear back from one of their consultants for 5-6 weeks, even with chasing. He eventually came back to me and said he'd been off due to a bereavement and had 1000s of emails to catch-up on. I passed on my condolences but I'm actually really shocked and saddened by this for the employee involved. Why oh why would an employer of this size not have systems in place to 1. Monitor emails while their employee is off and 2. Manage their workload/return to work. I'd tell the company where to go. You're going through one of the worst times of your life and you get treated like this???
