Ingenuity too far????
The process of ordering and receiving my order was faultless and simple.
The item, a camera strap, a sale item matched my experience of Crumpler in some respects and not others. The actual strap is excellent but the fastenings are suspect, time will tell. As with many of their products the Crumpler approach shows ingenuity, but whether they have got it right this time? Given that the camera I'm using is light, and the clips appear to be fully in place I'm going to trust it.

Everything Customer Service should be & more!
Everything Customer Service should be and more! I contacted Crumpler for help in replacing a lost strap from a bag that is almost 10 years old and they exceeded my expectations in every way. These are no longer in stock, but I now have a replacement made especially for me and a bag I’m likely to keep carrying for at least another 10 years. A lesson in how things should be done and how to ensure you have a very happy customer who would have awarded 6 stars if I could!

Poor Delivery
Order from 2/10 not arrived yet on 14/10. Slow customer service response.
Deferred delivery by a day but it was not delivered and still has not a week later. Contacted Crumpler customer service by email but only on Trustpilot review have I got a quick, pro-active response

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Takes ages for your staff to reply to emails. This is not due to Covid apparently you are always bad at getting back.
The delivery man said he turned up? I was i, he never rang the bell!
Not got my crumpler bag yet so can’t review that although I’m worried because since I’ve been reading your reviews and people say your bags are not as good as they used to be. This is due to cheaper materials.

We truly understand the disappointment and frustration you may feel due to the delayed delivery. However, in regards to transit times and delivery, we rely on our carriers and unfortunately delays are beyond our control. We will contact DHL on Monday to find out what has happened.
On the other hand, we believe that is unfair to judge our product quality without having our products in hand and or having it used. It is true that as times change, our products have changed as well but we still stand for high quality and high-grade materials and it is our goal to make products that our customers can rely on. We are certainly not using cheaper materials. If you are not happy with our products or services, you are able to use your right of return within 14 days after delivery without any reason.
It is our internal target to answer all question within one business day, although questions in regards to products might take sometimes longer.

I went looking for a jacket for everyday occasions to suit the south west climate in Scotland ( 4 seasons twice a day). Also, wanted it to suit turning up on site and in the office for brief meetings and drop-ins with this new flexible working environment. Being "work based" at home the formal attire is "on hold", but I want to ready to drop into meet people flexibly and in all weathers. I do not want to have to put on & take off a rain jacket when I am on the move. Jacket is ideal for this, the cut and light weight suits for this day to day environment & wearing whilst driving.You need lightweight, all weather clothing which is smart, comfortable and adaptable to work environments. Good for wearing with a bike messenger bag or rucksack. Reasonable jacket for rambling at low level.The cut fit will not suit all activities or people.
