Ben was really patient and helpful before I ordered the watch. He did answer all of my questions about the possibilities and really helped with the selection. You can 100% trust Ben. He keeps to his promise: delivery on time, taking care of the shipping costs (to all EU countries I believe) and sharing a good video of the result before shipping so you can approve it. When I received the watch, I was really happy with the result. The moderation looks awesome and solid. It’s even better than I expected. Ben is just a watch enthusiast who wants to make his clients happy. I would definitely select CSWatches again when it’s time for another Seiko mod. 100% recommended!

Having looked at various accounts offering custom built watches, Ben was the one I decided to press the button on. The price was more expensive, however from checking out his work it was easy to see why, and the product in hand did not disappoint. Watch looks and feels amazing. Very, very happy with it. First and foremost, I need to make it clear that Ben's the bee's knees. THE CAT'S PAJAMAS.

I've been wanting one of his custom watches for a very long time and when the time came, we got down to business. He showed me his inventory, he made it clear what he could do and what he couldn't do, and he'd make it clear if the price was to go up or down depending on what parts I chose. The communication was constant and clear 24/7. He'd also update me if there would be any sort of delay with making the watch or ordering the parts.

And then I finally got the watch! This thing is absolutely immaculate! It's not like an SKX. A bit smaller, but still super nice. There's some serious definition on the bezel, the insert, the crystal, the hands, and the dial. The dial, funny enough, has no definition. But it allows the other features to really stand out. The crown is great too, but if I had to nit pick, not too much of a fan of how the big crown leaves that area of the case a bit exposed. Nevertheless, that's just me being picky. This is such a lovely timepiece. And the stainless steal chapter ring is SO lovely. The more I wear it, the more this piece actually reminds me of a Yema watch.

Please support this man. His craft is of the highest quality.

Ben is great to work with, he’s on top of communication, mod options, and his attention to detail is impeccable. If you’re considering someone to mod or do a full custom build on your Seiko look no further.
