Will, Gerard and Jack came to replace our outdated alarm system, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful in their approach.

They took the time to really understand how our household works, noting that my partner and I use different entrances, and carefully considering how best to configure the system around that. They also made sure to factor in where our dogs are during the day and at night, so everything felt tailored specifically to our home and lifestyle rather than a one-size-fits-all setup.

The installation itself was quick and efficient, but what really stood out was how approachable and helpful they were throughout. They talked me through the app in detail and made sure I felt completely confident using it, even stepping in to hold my baby so I could focus, which was so kind and much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Will, the engineer arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault and fixed it, whilst explaining it all , he was also very friendly and courteous.

I have been a customer of CTB Alarms for many years and I have always received a first class service . We had a new alarm system installed back in 2018 which has functioned without any problems since instillation . We have the system serviced annually and the engineers have always been courteous , friendly and efficient . They have also always been transparent when explaining the cost of the work carried out . Over the past two years Jack has been our engineer and he has been brilliant on both occasions : he is very friendly and polite and has carried out an excellent job each time that he has attended . I would thoroughly recommend CTB Alarms if you need a new house alarm or you need help with your existing system .

Will, the CTB Senior Engineer, installed a new system in our house today. He was efficient, clearly knowledgeable and made a very neat job of fitting all the devices. He was patient and kind when explaining how to use the system. As a result of Will’s work and time spent with us we would confidently recommend the company to our friends and family.
