We are Visonic authorised alarm installers having been awarded their highest level of Diamond installer status, all our engineers have completed manufacturer training courses for the products we install and we carry the relevant certificates. From initial phone call with Katie to installation took less than a week. Will and Gez installed system for me. So efficient. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole experience so straightforward and easy for me. Great guys. Thank you so much.

Perfect installation of Orisec smart system

Perfect installation of Orisec smart alarm, upgrading from our old system. We have been with CTB for eight years now and they have always been professional, friendly and technically excellent. Big thanks to the engineer Will for the seamless installation, we couldn’t be happier.

Excellent service from Will Wilson

Excellent service from Will Wilson, the engineer at CTB Alarms who fitted a new alarm for us. He was on time, worked cleanly and was friendly and professional. Explained how to use the alarm and made sure we were happy with everything before he left.

A great service from start to finish…we…

A great service from start to finish…we had used CTB for a service at our previous property..moved into our new home and contacted them to install a new system .
Will and Ged came to install , treated our house with care and asked at all times, if we were happy with the information provided and the way we were setting up a brand new system ..App set up was easy and operating system is straightforward…Well worth the money and would highly recommend

Fantastic service

Katie in the office was great with communication and information. Engineers Will and Gerard arrived when they said they would. Really professional, knowledgeable, speedy service. Updated the app, changed batteries, got our system up and running again with us back in control of our panel. We will definitely be returning customers and recommend you to friends and family.

Amazingly helpful

Amazingly helpful - trained the users, serviced the panel and all sensors, allowed us to video the training and was super friendly to us and the animals. Would def recommend and will be back for business next year. Thanks Jack!

I recommend CTB Alarms their team is professional and knowledgeable and installed a UK made system.
