We have been a customer of Culligan since 2023 and had various issues which took ages to resolve, to the point that we were thinking of switching suppliers. I received a call from Samiur Rahman and we discussed all the issues, he was very understanding and took all my points onboard, within one hour hour, he had come back with a detailed document and resolved all the queries and is now managing anything we need. He is a credit to Culligan. Because of Samiur we are now staying with Culligan.
