Disappointing

The buying experience was good with production updates keeping me advised. 6 months in and one of the filters has popped out. £15 plus £2.75 for postage quoted for a replacement. This is not covered by guarantee apparently. Of course a plug is dropped now and again but I believe I have been careful. I shall not repair these earplugs and will not return to this company. The plugs are not cheap and I was surprised by manufacturers response.

Avoid

Avoid unless you’re happy for no customer service and for faulty products that take insanely long amounts of time to fix. Shocking treatment of customers and seemingly no one at this company cares.

Customer Service - what’s that?!

We have a £99 credit with them but unless we can produce the number of the four year old card we originally used to pay, they won’t let us use it!
It was a two person order and the fact that one person has already used their part of it is proof positive that payment was made but despite this, they STILL want us to prove we paid by producing the number of the payment card that the bank has replaced (at which point you are instructed to destroy the old one)!
On top of that, they take ages to respond and, more often than not, you have to chase them.
I should add that the order the credit would have been used against would have entailed additional expenditure over and above the amount of the credit, therefore generating additional income for them. So they have lousy business practices to match their lousy customer service!

Avoid! - no customer service at all

Took forever to come - emails not answered and had to chase constantly. When finally arrived there was no case. No answer on telephone and emails not answered. I hope the the electronics dont go wrong (bluetooth model) as I have no idea how to get any response from the company
