Excellent all round, extremely happy each time!
I've ordered from Cut My 3 times now and couldn't be happier with the pieces, the price and the delivery speed. It's been so handy just ordering exact measurements so I can get jobs done myself without the hassle of buying a huge piece of shelving or MDF and making a mess cutting it etc. My last order was for moisture resistant MDF to box in a soil pipe that my husband kept promising to do. Well I've done it myself now and it literally took seconds with the made to measure pieces from Cut My and some connection blocks :)

Damaged item
Order arrived damaged which was not surprising as there was no packaging to protect it.glue residue also visible where edging had been stuck on.
Agreed a partial refund to keep the product. Several emails later as the refund did not arrive we received it.
Then delivery driver arrived to collect the desk top when we had been told that it was cancelled.
Poor communication overall, very disappointing.
However Charlie who responded to emails was polite and helpful.

As we worked through the issue, the preferred outcome changed a couple of times between a partial refund and returning the item, and unfortunately, this led to crossed wires, including the collection being arranged after you had been advised it was no longer required. We typically rely on our internal delivery drivers to handle items carefully without the need for additional packaging (in order to avoid wastage), but it's clear that this approach failed in your case.

The order took longer than expected…
The order took longer than expected because the courier used took much longer. When the goods arrived they were chipped and if I required them to be the size ordered I would have had no choice but to send them back. Quite disappointing.

Almost right.....
The website was great - easy to understand and order. Delivery was great too.
However, some of the dimensions were not cut correctly and varied by about 5mm down the length of the wood. Luckily on my project, these dimensions were not critical. However, the measurements that were critical, had been cut exactly to size, so I could live with the error.
