Items cut incorrectly
Order of 3 items (including costly cut-outs) arrived on time. One of the items was cut incorrectly. Within an hour of delivery I emailed photos of the cutting errors. After an initial automatic response I have heard nothing, despite sending two additional emails and extra information. The point of spending the extra money for the cut outs was to save time and allow me to fit the items as soon as they arrived. I have now been waiting for well over a week and haven't even had an update, never mind a replacement part - for which the company re-cut policy promises prompt despatch! Goes without saying that you can't actually speak to anyone, of course. Not impressed.

Excellent product. I got a sheet of acrylic cut to size with a hole for an aircon vent. Easy to order and looks great now we’ve got it in place on our window.
I thought it might not look like real glass but it does.

No quality control
Ordered 6 different pieces of splashbacks for my kitchen, unfortunately 1 was damaged, 1 was a different shade to all the others due to being re-done as it didnt pass the quality control and finally 2 pieces were sprayed on the wrong side resulting in the sockets not lining up with the cutouts. So I received 2 pieces that were actually correct out of the 6 ordered! I find this shocking as surely somone must check these before they go out to the customer? Credit to Cut My, they did fix the issue by re-sending the items that were wrong but all this could have been avoided to be fair. I faced a delay in finishing off the kitchen, no compensation was offered, I had to discard the incorrect items myself too.
