A truly terrible experience. The customer service is non-existent, and the people who work there are not at all helpful.

My account was closed for no reason. I had around EUR300 in it. They said they would return my deposit (EUR250) less 10%.

It took several email chasers and 22 days to get it.

I don't agree with the others.

They have fast pay out, always answers, I only had 1 problem 1 time, when they canceled a bet due to the TOS.

Other then that this is a good betting site.

I attempted to do a deposit with Bitcoin one MONTH ago. The transaction failed, since it took longer than the exchange rate was guaranteed for.

This far, so good. I inserted the address to get my funds reimbursed, and expected them to arrive soon. But no, nothing happened.

I've contacted chat several times. They complain about having technical issues, and have given me several dates that they will fix the transfer and contact me by e-mail.

I've never been contacted, and the dates always go by without anything happening. When I go back to chat, they find a new excuse and give a new date when they'll fix it and contact me - but nothing happens.

When a similar Bitcoin deposit failure happened to me on another site, the issue was solved within a couple of hours, so now I think Cyber.bet is just acting in bad faith.

1 Month is over and still no answer 🤦

My account is frozen on 27/02/2021 in cyber bet after I wan't to withdraw my money after a few time and always decline..After that my account is frozen..Now I lose in my account $730..The reason cyber bet sent to me is I has violated the rule section 17.2 in cyber bet terms and policy without proving to me ..It's so easy you reason..So bad ..Lol cyber bet..

i can really only advise everyone against registering with cyberbet. there only work fraudsters who do not pay out money won. i verified myself 4 different times, sent my ID and proof of address and made a video call with them via skype. a day later it was said that my account was blocked with over 800 euros. In any case, i will file a complaint against cyberbet and also take legal action against this provider. i will get my money back.

Too many questions regarding wtihdrawals and bets

Deposited here twice via Neteller. When I won some bets decided to request winnings. All documents were uploaded and confirmed before. Ater my withdrawal request they asked me send them photo with me, my passport, account information and current date. Was done. They checked this photo 1 week and then requested Skype verification. I've completed it, answer to all their question, told them what player is from which team, and what does corner mean in football. After that on next day they send me e-mail that my account frozen for security reason on 1 year! 1227 EUR STOLEN!
