Overall a very good service at very reasonable cost
I tried several delivery websites to send my pre-packaged bicycle and Cycle Sent were certainly the most reasonably priced, the communication was good throughout the process and the package was collected and delivered as expected, I'm very pleased. My only criticism would be that adding details for delivery and collection were a little cumbersome - bearing in mind this is the crux of the business I would have expected a far slicker set up, would have been 5 stars but still a great service and I will use again

The website is quite simple to use. My bike box arrived when expected, and pickup the next day was on time. The recipient got the bike overnight without issues. I'd use cyclesent again for sure.
