Excellent service. Placed our order before 11.00am and the bike was picked up on the same day.

Bike was picked up and was delivered ok. Took longer than expected and packaging was damage, luckily the bike was ok

I don´t think I will use this company to send my next bikes.
Despite of the customer service worked well, the additional charges and the estimate deliverie times were not the ones I expected.
Not a bad option but is not obviously the best.

Personally I chose to box up my bike myself, though if you didn't have access to a bike box and packing, CycleSent have you covered. The only company I know of that are reliable, affordable and provide so much more than just a collect-deliver courier. I will be using them exclusively in the future.

It was great using cycle Sent to send a bike I sold via ebay. Very easy to use and delivered on time would use again.

I have ordered next day delivery to ship the bike (which I sold on popular bidding site ) to Northern Ireland (£45). Person awaiting the bike took day off work to await for the delivery. For some reason bike did not arrive next day. I have called the cyclesent office on the following day where I've been told to call the courier comissioned by them to deliver my bike (should this not be cyclesent's job?). Anyway, the person from the courier company was able to find the bike (at first she said that it was lost) and thw bike has been finally delivered. I am not happy with the service provided, I have lost some money (refunded some of the cost to the buyer)

Arranged for bike collection and deliver on last two days before xmas.

Pick up, for which we had taken time off to be in for, was scheduled between 8:00-17:00 and was very late 19:30, no real communication from cyclesent other then it would be collected eventually.

Frantic calling to the actual courier (cyclesent act as a intermediary between you and the courier network - in essence all they do is book the courier for you, when it comes down to queries they pass you off into the actual courier) meant we were eventually able to contact the driver who said he was 40 mins away - an hour and a half later he collected the parcel.

Despite the numerous handle with care/fragile stickers the handling of the boxed up bike by the collection driver was a little rougher than I'd have liked but I'd spent a small fortune on bubble wrap and had to hope it would be sufficient.

The bike was deliver 14 hours later and according to my buyer in good condition.

So ultimately it all panned out and some leeway shall be granted as it was ubdoubletly the couriers busiest day of the year.

All chasing was done by me, cyclesent seem to be little more than middlemen but the service I paid for was carried out.

In future I would ring the local depot for a quote to cut out the middleman but cyclesent may put enough trade their way to make it still a better option to use them - and hopefully without the manic xmas rush it would be a less stressful experience.

Was a little concerned at using the service after reading a couple of reviews and the website ordering experience isn't the slickest but I decided to give it a go. I originally booked for a pickup for the following day but during a phone call to check the booking ok, I was told they could actually pickup that afternoon. So about 5 hours after I booked my bike was on its way & was delivered the next day as promised. Couldn't ask for better service & much cheaper than the alternatives. Will definitely use again.
