Prolonged delays and very poor customer service

We have experienced prolonged delays in resolving a basic maintenance issue involving a communal door that has been slamming loudly outside my son's flat since July 2025.

Attempts to raise this issue have been frustrating, and a recent telephone call with a representative was conducted in a manner that was distressing and unprofessional.

We are not seeking compensation — only a proper repair and respectful communication. Unfortunately, this has not yet been achieved.
