If you're thinking of using this comapny for your debt collection, I would think again.

Sadly our company went into liquidation but they are so useless they keep wasting their time with emails and letters to us threatening to put the company into liquidation, you couldn't make it up!

Clearly this company is not very good at what they claim to be.

If you are thinking of using this company to retrieve debt I would avoid. Their staff are not legally trained and often act outside their remit making the process of collection more difficult. On my last dealing with them I was sent through contracts by the liverpool office that they had not even read. Avoid!

Daniels Silverman are chasing me and my husband for over £12,000 for a mis-sold “holiday club” in Malta in April of this year. We were approached under false pretenses, kept for hours, offered alcohol, pressured into signing, and we only paid £100 to escape.

I’ve reported everything to the Maltese authorities (MCCAA) and the debt is in dispute, but Daniels Silverman continue to chase us. Extremely stressful and unfair.

We are ordinary working people, I work in a hospital as a healthcare assistant barely taking home £1900 after tax and will never be able to afford this.

I never imagined a lovely holiday could have amounted to this kind of stress.

This company is more than likely a front for a scam. They do the collections for a company that is running the most devious scam that I unfortunately stumbled across. It was not a hard decision to make. The morally correct one. I would not be able to go sleep at night knowing that I had not done the right thing. My conscience is clear and probably at cost. Oh well it gives something to do in my spare time now. Following with due diligence all the directors & their companies forever more.

**I was at no fault with my debt - not just a bitter customer**I had an issue with my gym membership payment going through, I apologised and advised I was prepared to pay. They said it had been sent to this company (after only a few days of missing payment) even though I received numerous emails for over a month after to say I still had time to pay my arrears. D Silverman refused to believe it was the fault of the gym and their direct debit provider. Even in emails very unprofessionally and indirectly calling me a liar by asking me “ Please advise what it is that they are ‘’investigating’’?”. After I discussed that it was being investigated by the gym and to please stop demanding the money in 7 days otherwise I’ll be taken to court. This has taken a toll on my mental health, the gym have now told me that I was at no fault and have incurred the fees back from this awful company so I have suffered for no reason whilst I was struggling financially as it was. They showed a real lack of empathy despite explaining an unexpected financial hardship I had faced, I mean anyone who works for these sort of companies have got to be nasty. I spoke with Millie and she is horrible and incredibly ignorant. I will be making a complaint.

We have used Daniel Silver man number times over the last few years to collect 'business to business' debt and they have been successful in recouping our funds every time. We are kept up to date on a weekly basis on progress and the status of the debt. Statements and a remittance showing what we have been paid are sent regularly. Would recommend their services

Acting on behalf of Safestore who, because they can and did at a whim, sold £7,000 of items of mine stored with them when the account was up to date.

No communication from SafeStore but despite selling £7,000 of my property get this vile Silvermans Company to email me demanding £235 and some odd pence which I somehow suddenly owe SafeStore for the privilege of turning £7,000 of my items into ?????

Who knows. Both SafeStore and Danielssilvermans despicable companies.

Avoid the both of them.

Awful company demanding £3,900 within 7 days on behalf of a scamming phone company Plan.com that tells you they can save you money each month but it’s the exact opposite. I’ve explained how I was misled but all they’re interested in is money! They’re all a bunch of cowboys!

Absolutely disgusted with the way in which this company has dealt with my situation. They have not once taken into account my side of what has happened. They have been sending me emails that only relay what the company in which I pay my rent, have stated. They are just repetitive emails stating the same things, and they will not take into account anything I am saying. I’m appauled and really not happy with their lack of respect and consideration.

Discussed at their lack of humanity and compassion.
Made them aware of a loss of a close family member whilst still grieving. Still continued sending nasty letters and emails. Lost for words

Just received a demand for monies with £500 whacked on top with no prior notice. This claim has already been dropped by a solicitor the crooked company tried to use before. The previous solicitor could obviously tell that the crooked company demanding money from us was deceitful and had no case. So it appears 'Daniel Silverman' is used by those whose cases no decent person or company would touch...

Right I'm will take this further I have received a, letter and demanding the money within 7days if your working on behalf of a company then im SORRY ment say who working on behalf off. I do not need this stress from a company trying to scam me!!! Read the reviews and put the number threw Google and its showing the company is a scam..... I come up against comanies like your before and will not take no messing!!!

Can anybody help me? This company contacted me today about an unpaid invoice from one of my suppliers at work (total over sight on my part, and I’m happy to pay my supplier obviously.. it was just a human error) but Daniel Silverman have added an extra £400 on top for their fees? They are saying that if I don’t pay it, I’ll get a county court judgment against me? Is this true? They want payment in 7 days so any feedback would be appreciated.

Keep writing to me with final demands for a Stuart Ford when my name is Matt Corrick. Phoned multiple times and told them and get a bunch of dribbling staff who have the IQ of a fish tell you it’s sorted and you won’t be bothered! This is harassment and I will be seeking legal advice as this has been damaging my mental health!
