Weather hiccups but delivered and happy client
After a slow start when I reported ice on my drive and recommended that the large tanker driver gave the trip a miss, and then the next day the tanker broke down (but the office were apologetic and told us by phone and email) we received the delivery by smaller tanker on Saturday, young lady driver, excellent skills and delivered oil to both tanks very efficiently. Full marks in difficult weather conditions.

After being let down by another company . I won’t mention. Failed to deliver my oil at all!
Went to Darch oil delivery within 7 days . Had in 2 days . Amazing service . Driver Josh was nice and polite . Had a text message the evening before which is brilliant never had that before . Happy New customer.

I live in the USA but have a house in the Uk. I need a service I can trust and that is easy to navigate.
Darch oil make it very easy to order and their online delivery booking system is great
My house is used as an airbnb so I need services I can rely on for everything. Even if there is a provider a few kinds cheaper, I see no reason to switch from Darch.

What’s going on.
I had made it clear that I needed to know of delivery the day before but I was not advised of delivery and got a note saying they could not deliver as access blocked. The second time the delivery was fine, but I got a note saying they could not deliver as the tank was already full, but I was there when the tank was filled and handed a delivery note.
I query this but get no answer. Had I not seen the delivery, I would have been very worried.
