Nothing is t much trouble

We needed an urgent delivery of heating oil having just moved into our new home. We were let down by another supplier so tried Darch. Charlotte, who answered the phone was so positive, checking to see if they could add a delivery for the same day, and found a way. The service was excellent, friendly and positive. It was topped off by a very pleasant delivery driver. Thanks so much!

Terrific service. The driver, Tom, was delightful, and could not have been more helpful in delivering to my awkward rural house. I would be very grateful if my appreciation could be relayed to him.

Arrived a few days before expected and delivered without any problems

Easy to order, phone or website whichever you prefer. Drivers always friendly and helpful.

Having previously used Boiler Juice for many years; I switched to Darch Oil for the first time a year or so ago as Boiler Juice kept failing to make delivery date promises. Darch Oil stepped in and delivered as promised with no issues at all. I have used them ever since.

Recently my oil ran out as I did not realise we were so low. As the weather was forecast to be fairly warm for the long range (who knew?) I thought there was no need to pay for express delivery. Having explained my predicament to the extremely helpful staff they assured me they would do all they could to speed up the delivery to help me out.

Incredibly I received a call two days later to say they had re routed some deliveries and my oil was on its way. They also put an engineer on the round to bleed the system if it was needed. The engineer was needed and he got the boiler working for us - he did not ask for any payment! - What a first class service you get from the team at Darch Oil.

I asked for notification of day and time for delivery. Was emailed and texted with the day but no mention of time. Arrived without warning at 7.15 a.m. = too early for an OAP!
Otherwise very friendly and helpful.

Good price and easy to order online. We have been a customer for around 10 yrs, and we usually always get notified by text in advance, so that we could show the tank located in the shed. This particular order was delivered on the date but before 08:00, so we were slightly surprised when we got up.

This is a great company.
The staff are always so helpful & I usually get my order earlier than expected.

Overcame access problem

I was able to organise and book my oil top up online from Florida!! Took advantage of an offer and all the arrangements and confirmations etc all done online, I came home to a full tank. Great! Thank you.
