Excellent service on numerous occasions.

I was blown away with the level of service I had received recently both when I called in to store when I spoke to George- he was great and even offered advice that was gratefully received. Also, I ordered some more parts on 26th March (late afternoon) to my amazement, they were there the following morning.

The packaging was top notch, all the small parts were individually wrapped which was a nice touch.

I purchased a product off you, but I did not need the product so I came in for a refund, and they never give me my full refund back saying I couldn’t get vat money back which is a scam, because anywhere else you do go for a refund they do give you the full money back, this company is ripping their customers off, I will be reporting you to the trading standards

Ordered downpipe and egr delete for my TDI. Original estimated ship date was the end of January, but the order ended up being built ahead of schedule and arrived 1/16/25. Excellent quality hardware and craftsmanship.

What date and time is the Audi TT draw

I have ordered parts for my Audis from Darkside Development for many years online and home to Norway.

Always had a good shopping experience and the products are high quality. I've installed 3 of their downpipes that are clearly in house made and high quality. One of my cars have been running over 400 000 km with no issues.

Ordered a pressure sensing glow plug as I was changing the others (this was the cheapest, UK stock I found that wasn't of questionable make).

Received an email from Darkside asking me to check my engine as his system showed my engine didn't have the pressure sensing glow plug.

Checked and he was correct. Refunded immediately.

Absolutely first class service and I will be using in the future.

I love this place so help full. This time they worked around my time scale and the result was fantastic. The remap my car had nearly two years 20k miles ago is still awsum, car surprises a few people.

Where do I start reviewing Darkside Developments. First off their website is clearly laid out so you know before you even place the order exactly what you're ging to get. Next up they are very efficient I had a trivial question regarding one of their exhaust manifolds for my T5 but they answered really quickly and helped out no end. Then when I placed my order everything again was clear and simple and before I knew it my order was being delivered. When it arrived it was very well packed with no less than 2 boxes containing my order so it could have been thrown out of a helicopter and survived. Now wecome to the product itself, it did not disappoint it makes the standard offering from VW look like the piece of junk it is. The manifold is really hefty and well made, comes at a decent price and will in all probability outlast the van, engine and even me. You get a load of fittings such as gaskets, studs nuts and bolts to be able to fit this to your engine without having to source these small but sometimes difficult to find bits and pieces. Just a quick aside to this. I thought they had left out the exhaust gasket but a quick email to them and they assured me that it was sent and to have another look, yep I was a complete and utter plonker as well as blind and there it was staring me in the face in the outer box. I have nothing but praise for these people, they are a shining light on how to go about running a business that many others could do well to copy. So if you need parts and things for your pride and joy give them a look you won't be disappointed.

I had taken my car to several places to resolve a hot start issue, including a VAG specialist, but none could identify any faults. After some research, I found Darkside Development, who claimed they could fix this hot start problem. Communication with them is only via email, and I clearly explained my issue, even including a video for reference. They responded, stating they believed they could help. Despite their policy of requiring upfront payment for bookings, I was eager to get this sorted, so I paid and confirmed my appointment. However, just an hour after dropping the car off, I received an email asking me if I was sure I was turning the key enough.
After I confirmed I was turning the key enough. They then came back to me saying that the hot start issue they could fix wasn't the one I was experiencing. This was incredibly frustrating since I had made every effort to convey my car's specific problem. They proceeded with diagnostics but ultimately admitted they had no idea how to help. In the end, I wasted £180 and a lot of my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

5 star! All day. Their products are fantastic and their sales & service outstanding. Rare these days to encounter a business that organically interacts with their customers. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your money broke after a year and customer service is shocking definitely won’t be buying of these again

After some initial misunderstandings, mostly on my behalf, my parts were dispatched and they arrived very quickly. I purchased MTS coilovers and some Darkside Development wheel spacers. Both products seem great quality and are working well.

Excellent service from Darkside after an online order was placed. Darkside contacted for more info as I had ordered incorrectly not knowing the item would not fit.
What a service and still shipped in less than 24hrs.

Contacted Darkside after my previous supplier of Nitrous oxide ceased supply. Great Comms to arrange and turned round onsite quickly with a competitive price. Well worth a trip up the A1
