Very pleased with the service received from start to finish. All data was successfully recovered very quickly.

I was a little wary at first as I didn’t know who I was dealing with but this company put me at ease and they maintained contact throughout the process. I had my internal hard drive pack up and thought I’d lost hours and hours of family videos from way back. These guys managed to retrieve those and everything else, at a cost, but what price do you put on all those memories.

An external hard drive going down is always an anxious event. These guys recovered 100% of my data, kept me up to date with the process, and achieved this all very quickly. Fast, efficient, value for money, and a friendly single contact person throughout. Thank you.

I am genuinely shocked. Before finding out about these guys I thought my data was lost forever. And when I found them I thought it was too good to be true. Take it from me these guys are legit and they are very very good. They recovered around 95% of my data (footage from when I was 14-19 years old & more) at a hefty price, but it is well worth it. Just make sure to back up your new hard drive asap.

Great communication and speedy service with excellent results. My client's hard drive had failures on the logic board and a drive head that made it impossible for me to recover their payroll data. Data Recovery Specialists sent a courier to collect the drive, recovered the data, and made it available to me shortly thereafter. A relatively painless process for me. Any issues I had were dealt with efficiently.

My only 1 issue was that the data recovered was no in a "recognisable" Microsoft format. But otherwise all the data was there.

I can highly recommend. I was very nervous as just looked up first company I found in an absolute panic after my hard drive failed. These guys were able to recover all the data from an external hard drive that failed. There were loads of photos and other irreplaceable data on it. They communicated really well throughout and will assess your data before they go ahead with recovery. All in all excellent service?!

Good experience getting lost data back. Sent an external hard drive through to be processed and was kept updated about process throughout and given a list of recovered files before committing to pay to have them put onto an external hard drive and sent back
