My order arrived faster than I expected. The packaging was great , dresses and bag were wonderful. However, the hair band wasn’t in a good shape. The ribbons closer to the ear were open. Also I’d appreciate it if it mentions the customs additional cost.

Speedy delivery and beautiful products. As we are in lockdown and unable to see the dresses in person, I purchased multiple and returned some. After returning a week ago, I have had no confirmation this has been received. Hopefully it will come through soon but I’m unsure I’ll purchase again now

Product was absolutely amazing... though packaging when you received this type of luxury product is very disappointing, wrap in tissu all scratch by transportation into a wrapping shipping bag... thats all ...

When I receive luxurious product it always come with luxurious packaging... I will rather purchase it at Saks fifth avenu and make sure mapakaging and delivery is as perfect as the product.
