We loved how the dress looked in pictures and it is as good in person. The ordering process was so much better than expected -it shipped so quickly!! The fabric has a nice texture and the ruffle detail adds just the right touch to a simple design. This dress is flattering and sophisticated.

My confirmation email stated my order was sent to correct mailing address FedEx delivered to my Billing address There was no one home and the no package at the door.I called FedEx they said it was the right address and I need to contact company that shipped the item.Cheked with neighbors they did not see pakage.What happened? The dress are one of a kind! There was a small issue with my order and communication was easy and swift. They took care of it so quickly that it was almost like it didn’t happen. Love this company and my daughter feels like a princess in these dresses.

I recently contacted the company via email to inquire about obtaining a specific dress size from the website. A few hours later, Robert Batchelor responded saying that although he didn't have any more dresses in stock on the website, he was able to quickly locate another dress in the NY warehouse. Mr. Batchelor was extremely patient and responsive and via clear email exchanges, was able to guide me through the purchase and delivery of the dress. The dress arrived at our house the next day in perfect condition and my daughter is elated. Thank you to David Charles and Robert Batchelor in particular for going above and beyond to locate what we were looking for and for creating a process that was quick and streamlined. I will definitely be returning in the future.

While the products are beautiful, the packaging is terrible. For the cost of products I would expect that the packaging reflect the quality. They arrived promptly however; upon opening, the accessories were in a single piece of tissue paper and clear damaged box with product code sticker attached, like you would see from a dollar store. It appeared cheap and tacky. Other brands like Tutu du Monde with a similar or lower price point present their packaging as beautifully as their products. Making the entire experience buying for our little ladies all the more special. I hope this is something they consider for future buyers. I was a first time buyer, buying for my daughter. I would definitely consider not buying for loved ones as a gift knowing packaging is poor.
