Delicario are fantastic - I only have good things to say about their service and quality of products. Great delivery options and communication and always arrives beautifully packaged. I've been a returning customer for their gluten free goods - my wife is addicted to the GF panettone so it's a good job it is seasonal! The Pandoro is an amazing treat for non-coeliacs.

I ordered a selection of items --- a wine, cheeses, pastas --- for my son and girlfriend in London. I'm in Washington, DC. The website was informative, the ordering easy and fun, the package was delivered as promised, and it was all reported to be highly enjoyed. My son took pleasure in unwrapping each individual item.

Most important, an employee responded promptly to a question I submitted on the web site, even in the midst of a pre-Christmas rush.

My one regret is that this company only serves Great Britain, due it says, to Brexit. I'd love to have this service here or for a family member in Rome.

The goods were carefully packed and although one item was not in good condition, the problem was quickly rectified and I will be buying from their online site again.

Efficacy, authentic selections, good communication

We haven’t yet received the products ordered as they are for Christmas, however I can’t fault the service so far. I had various questions on shelf life and requested the inclusion of a gift card - all queries were answered promptly and in full. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a meal pack as a gift for my brother and sister in law from Australia to them in London. They absolutely loved the steak dinner pack and also said the bottle of red was delicious. They had a great night in. Thank you so much, I’ll keep you up my sleeve to treat them again.

Delicario is a unique Company with super products. Nothing is too much trouble. Immediate response to any little problems like adding my message after I had ordered! They will feature in my gifting this Christmas.

Food is fresh, delivery is fast. Highly recommend Italian meat, the wagyu is but have not had a sirloin or a ribeye, only flank and flat iron, its from germany so hard to compare to Japanese. Soups are amazing and the best part there are no artificial preservatives and can only assume the ingredients are free range and organic. New artificial preservatives were only necessary for long expedition and extreme environments. Humanity has used oil, brine, curing, salting, freezing for millennia and we were fine but now they add sodium nitrate to pretty much all cured meats and then we wonder where is all the bowel cancer coming from. If you shop at Waitrose or M&S the prices are comparable and quality is better.

Have received both tarts that i ordered .They are delicious and I will,order again.

Disappointing for the price. Way too much wasteful fancy packaging. The cheese was really good and unusual..haven't seen it elsewhere The Italian hazlenut cake really dry and not very nice, I bought it to go with the cheese, having eaten something similar when on holiday.
