Dreadful service. Do not use. Took 50 pounds off me, didn't deliver my groceries, and then when I contacted Customer Service, they refused to issue a refund. Avoid at all costs…
There were missing items from my online order. I contacted them about this issue and they told me that they will look into it. However, I didn't hear back from them for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, Julianne from the customer service asked me to provide photo evidence. If I can't provide it, she said my claim will be denied and closed. It's been 2 weeks and you're telling me this now! I've never experienced anything as such. Avoid!!!

Two items were completely missing and when they refunded the cost, they sent the wrong amount (4.65 instead of 5.10). They also refused to refund priority delivery cost despite the delivery being late.

Deliveroo customer service is rude and terrible. Don't order from them they put fake delivery times up and then won't let you cancel even when they are 30 minutes later than advertised. They then give you a £1 credit. Pathetic. I have done hundreds of orders with them but will delete my account

I had the diamond plus subscription (~25£/month). They have the worst customer support. The order was always wrong. The customer support did not help. Their policy was awful. The solutions they provided were ridiculous (5£ compensation for an order of 50£ gone wrong). They talked like their responses were written by an AI platform. Even the guys from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia treat their customers with more care.
Never trust deliveroo
I made an order for delivery to my home address & waited for 2 hour but haven’t got delivered so i went to to help option & got a number & spoke with one of the Customer service adviser he said food has been delivired but i haven’t got it. I have ordered from Deliveroo for years, whilst a bit pricey it has been very convenient. Of late however the standard of drivers being employed are abominal. The last 2 drivers have shouted, sworn and been very aggressive, rude, verbally abusive and disrespectful. Letters to HO are fobbed off. Will no longer use them. Not safe allowing these drivers onto your property and often, into your complex. I shall boycott from now on. They bring the names of the establishment down as well. No screening taking place obviously and can see govt point in cracking down on illegals doing this work
