I was honestly shocked with their December 2023 “Welcome Bonus” -deposit match- and opted in believing I their terms and conditions which read out like most others I have created an account with. I won $2556 on a Mega prize on a known known game across most of the online websites I know and out of no where when I checked to see if the “bonus” account money was going to finally be transferred to the “real” money account as I reached the $4000 wagering requirement (30%) which according to the terms and conditions would have been when I could withdrawal what was left in my account after playing to meet the requirements I was shocked. They forfeited almost $2,000.00 from my bonus bank and instead of moving that to my real money account they placed $100 into it instead of the amount left over in my bonus bank. When I attempted to initiate there reasoning for doing this with the customer support and their complaints department which was the same two women I spoke to on the customer support chat and email, they both made it sound like I was playing with “pretend” money when it’s not what it was and that not what the bonus policy was about. This never mentioned it was fake money and if it was fake why would someone have to play two days to believe they were going to be getting the amount remaining in their bonus bank if they knew it would be forced from them immediately upon meeting the requirements playing to reach $4000? I felt extorted, used, then denied a valid answer when I asked how they could just take away someone’s awards after they were led to believe it was theirs.

After I read your reply about your own terms and conditions surrounding your BONUS POLICY, which does not even match what your reply regarding “VI” in your terms and conditions.
In your response to my review you have noted a particular subsection within your terms and conditions as “VI” which is written as this:
“vi. If you do not log in to your account for a period of 30 days, any bonuses (including all vouchers, free spins, bingo bonus funds, games bonus funds, chat points, loyalty points, shop coins) and any related winnings where the wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, shall be forfeited by you without further notice and are not refundable.”
I am stating that your T&Cs are deceiving and misleading based on what I read after this entire incident occurred. I found under the Bonus Policy and awarding players with their winnings that had been won from Deposit Bonuses labelled Bingo and Casino Winnings.
“v. Bingo and Casino Winnings: Winnings generated as a result of bonus wagering will accumulate to the bingo bonus bankroll or to the casino bonus bankroll, as applicable, subject to the provisions set out herein.
Once the wagering requirement for a specific
bingo bonus or casino bonus has been completed, the relevant winnings will then be transferred to your real money bankroll. If you fail to meet our wagering requirements at the time of cash-out, then you will forfeit all your Bonus Funds and any related winnings which have accrued to your bingo bonus bankroll or casino bonus bankroll.”
I did followed and complete my end of the agreement with regards to your terms and conditions and wagered within a 48-hour time frame over $4000 which had legally met your rules in order to withdraw the winnings (if chosen to) but instead of the winnings being transferred to my real money bank, I discovered out of no where a forced forfeiture ($1,800+) missing from bonus bank and definitely did not get transferred into my “real money account”. I can provide screenshots of what I am referring to if you require me to do so- to validate this statement. Your terms and conditions are inconsistent and all over the place and doesn’t not mean any one thing, but is more confusing especially upon realizing players are only playing for “The House” to simply benefit if they are particularly lucky enough to win with the deposit match bonuses.
