Unfortunately I've had a bad experience with one of DeltaBingo customer service Live chat agents today.
I had made an etransfer which never updated to the Delta Bingo account. I spoke to the first agent which I do not recall the name and she told me it would take up to 12 hours to be deposited and to check back.
However when I went back to my banking account after that call. I realized that the amount was indeed debited and no longer in my account so I assumed it should have gotten to them.
I called back live chat and got this other agent at this point I explained the situation and she promptly asked me a security question which didn't make much sense to me since I'm a slot player and I do not recall all the slots I play within one login session especially if it was early last month since I had played but she hassled me on that.
The first agent understood that most people won't remember the names of the slots especially if they play multiple in one session almost a month ago. At this point she decided to let me know that my issue was already handled by the first agent and she decided to disconnect from me.
She did not ask me if I had further questions, she did not check that I was satisfied, she just promptly disconnected. I didn't understand why as I did not believe that my issue was resolved as my status became different after checking my banking account again. She didn't even take the time to explain to me that the situation is or isn't different she just got rid of me. Very unprofessional and to be honest with you I don't play very often and this just rubbed me the wrong way and makes me not want to deal with people like that. If you have a customer service job do it professionally and accordingly to help the customer.
I ended up calling back and got the same unprofessional agent again and let her know it was rude of her to just disconnect and not even to check if I had a further questions or even to explain to me that the situation I had explained to the 1st agent is the same outcome or not...she did not take the time. She said she is trained to disconnect. I'm not sure what training that is. I asked her for her escalation contact she would not give a name just the support email and this is the outcome, a bad customer experience. Your agents needs more customer service training and patience...
Bottom line...poor service.
On Oct27/23 I purchased 150 Worth of cards for the Friday night bingo session. After first game the server went down. The server never came back up. It's unfair to spend the money and not get to play. Not only do I play bingo on the site I play slots as well. I am requesting a refund for the bingo money I spent.

Always having to fight for my winnings. Everytime, i withdrawal this company always has an excuse as to why they haven’t deposited my funds into my bank account. One time they even had to devise the payment into 2 payments and send the money on on 2 different days because there wasn’t enough to send it all. Now I win $5000 on Saturday and the excuses have started again as to why they can’t deposit my winnings. They continuously refuse to give me a phone number so I can speak to somebody. And all they care about is if I have money issues which is none of their business even if I was but I’m not all because I feel like I’m being scammed with this company because there’s always a reason as to why they cannot pay their winner. So now on top of the 5 days I’ve already waited, they want me to wait another 5 days for an investigation to be done as too why it hasn’t been deposited. But the agent says “ don’t worry, we arnt holding your money” but they are because they keep coming up with excuses about the deposit process or whatever and are refusing to pay me my winnings every day I contact them.

Delta Bingo Ontario online casino sucks. It's bad enough their site logs me out in the middle of playing a game regularly, log back in, go to the same game that doesn't credit the last wager from logging me out, I believe when I get logged out, it's a reset, due to straight game payouts of zeros after that logout, games don't load, I have to keep trying to load the game, impossible to receive a bonus/scatter, lots of straight zero game payouts in different games, poor game payouts and only a few slot games to select. They get 2 stars for a smooth withdraw that took 3 days to receive, not within the 24 hours that the site states. I'm very surprised, I don't see a lot reviews about their casino. Their live chat will not issue any bonus no matter of the situation and you have to contact them for a break, close your account or to exclude. To me, better to stay with Play OLG.
Correction, 6 days ago, they said my withdraws were processed, but I haven't received them yet, so they go down to 1 star.
I think I have the facts now. 3 days to process my withdraws, another 6 days to send my withdraws to my bank, to receive an email a day after, saying my withdraws can't be completed from the same bank account that my deposits came out off. WOW!
Up-date Aug 18,2023; took a break for over a month, decided to try once more, only to return to worse then last time, not one scatter, pure dead spins of absolutely nothing, 4 deposits all gone within 5 minutes. Has anyone noticed, all the 5 stars reviews are only about the Agent's, not one saying anything good about playing on their corrupt site, in my opinion, which to me are all fake reviews and with my experience playing on their casino, this Delta Bingo site is a scam, but you have to experience the truth.
To add, you don't see what you withdrew, no long term history, no responsible gaming options tools, you have to contact chat to close your account and they would not do anything to keep me playing. Hundreds spent, without any return, I didn't see anything random while spending hundreds and I found nothing fair playing on their casino. Location checks every hour, like I'm leaving the province within the hour while playing on my PC and the worst game payouts online. To me, this Delta Bingo is the worst online site I've played on.
