I have upgraded my stars after being contacted by support and having things explained.
Getting your money takes a few days but I did get it so that's a 5 star
However the sight really needs some fine tuning
There was no spot I could find showing I had withdrawn even looking under cashier.
There was no communication at all for almost 3 days so that's pretty unacceptable. No one wants to sit and wonder where the money they withdrew has gone
That was my first time there on slots and they have some really fun slots but I really did go there first to feel it out so having a bad first experience is not a good thing.
The site is very confusing and busy.
The chat was fast but they only have a disconnect button right below the chat box so numerous times I hit that thinking I hit submit, just by habit because normally there would be a submit reply button and maybe a disconnect below that but there is only disconnect so Of course myself and a few other reviewers have commented on having to reopen chat numerous times.
All in all if they can streamline the website and make it easier to find what you are looking for, I think it will be great. Good luck to all.

Though I enjoyed playing I find the app to be a challenge.
Today, after having won money, I wanted to withdraw the money and deposit it back in my bank account.
So I used Interac eTransfer to send money which is immediate, but I am likely only to receive my money in 2 days for processing and 5-7 days for the return of funds.
I get that they want to earn the float on this money but feel it is unfair to not return in the money in the same manner it was sent.
Also I was disconnected from the site while waiting for an agent 4 times and twice while in conversation.
