Easy transactions
The purchase and aftersales have been super easy. Unfortunately i have to return one of the products as it was too large. Hopefully the refund process is just as straightforward.

No issues with Demon United eu
It seems I ordered from the US based company rather than the EU one. The order wasn't delivered because it got held up at customs and Demon United weren't able to sort it but refunded the purchase in full including postage and their last email was sound so I won't complain

You probably ordered your products at the Demon USA website and not on demonunited.eu. We are a totally different company, so unfortunately we cant help you out on this one.
On demonunited.eu we always communicate and help out our customers. We also ship from The Netherlands, so no customs issues as well for clients in Ireland.

Sending with dpd was not satisfying. It was delay by 5 days.

It wasn´t delayed by 5 days. In our shipment information is stated there is a delivery time of 2 to 5 days to Germany. So your shipment was a day late. Since this is out of our hands and sometimes delivery companies have delays, you should rate DPD and not us.
