Very proactive service
First Demonunited informed me by e-mail, when the article I wanted was on stock. Good service.
I ordered and paid the article including an, I thought, optional chest plate. Demonunited however informed me that the chest plate was included in the article and credited on their own the ordered chest plate. That’s a very proactive customer service.

You can seen the shipping costs to Switzerland before you pay your order.
Regarding the import duties, complain at your goverment that they dont want to come into the EU:)
I know it's a pain for Swiss customers, but we cant help that
Please dont forget you dont have to pay VAT when ordering at our shop, so this saves you €20.
