Heavy duty that's a joke
Heavy duty that's a joke, very flimsy kept falling apart when hit with a mallet, fell apart when lifted and it was clipped on properly. A Meccanno set is stronger than that .
Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
My son bought one previously he had same problem, he had to screw to the wall to stop it falling forward.

Now my wife and I have put the shelving…
Now my wife and I have put the shelving together, it is OK. I think you need to do more on the erection instructions, it is all very well providing a video to assist but some of us oldies like the constructions to be in front of us on paper ( If Ikea can do it I am sure you can!).
In my opinion the instructions you do provide are incorrect anyway. Narrow and wide edges of the shelving bars should be the other way round from what is stated Dave Jenkins

Really good value shelving
Really good value shelving, delivered at speed. I was a bit worried about the instructions, which were sketchy, and the promised video required signing up for something that looked dodgy, so I went with the printed instructions. They were actually not too bad. The first rack of shelves took about two hours, by the time I got to the fifth, I was putting them together in 30 minutes.
