Awkward assembly
Good delivery but had to open EVERY slot for tabs to fit in making awkward assembly…………..The problem was the tabs were not pressed out enough for tabs to slot in. 2 tabs i had to press right out to get tabs in the rest were just awkward i bent 1 leg in process but had to make good

Nothing lines up
Nothing lines up and so cannot connect/put together. Flimsy connectors and flimsy boards. Have spent two hours on just one piece !!!
Have requested return and refund.
Useless. Manufacturing fault.

Ideal for garage or shed storage
The first unit was a bit fiddly but once that one was done, the other two didn’t take half the time, the shelving units are quite sturdy but I would recommend securing them to a wall to make them better.

Heavy lift
The delivery was a rushed job and it would have been helpful to have the heavy package put straight into the shed - but the man had gone! So it now sits waiting on a 'heavy lift' from someone with muscles!

Excellent customer service
Just purchased 2 of these shelving units. They arrived in 2 separate packages but 1 was damaged in transit and having raised it with Denny my query was resolved in 24 hours. That's the type of service that expect and Denny delivered! Notwithstanding that they are a solid shelving rack that will be Ok in my tool shed - but not sure they are sturdy enough for my garage to house really heavy stuff ... I will be purchasing another 2 sets for my tool shed though.
