Great customer service
Easy to order and as it had been ordered for a friend the delivery was direct to their house. One slight problem there wasn’t any instructions inside the box, but they worked it out.

Placed order for wide pressure fit…
Placed order for wide pressure fit stairgate to keep my twin Grandchildren safe, it came a couple of days earlier than expected, and was easy to fit.
My only thought was the width of the gate, it is narrow compared to a gate we had previously when keeping our own children safe.

Uncontactable for wrong item
I ordered a single airbed and received a double. I have emailed 4 times and tried calling numerous times to get it changed, without response from this company. I now want a refund but I am still unable to contact anyone. Next stop: Trading Standards!
