Just having my first procedure done at the moment. Checked many out in the uk before I left . This company stood out by far. Two implants and two root canal’s. Was uncomfortable but only for an hour or two. Next morning no pain just slight swelling, hotel is fantastic (FALCON) this alone is normally billed at €300 a night ( obviously discounted for Dentakay) staff all friendly, perfect transfers all on time . Waiting for temporary teeth then back in September for the crowns .,,,

When I came over to Turkey in may last year to get my teeth done I didn't know what to expect I was very nervous patient but overall dentakay made me feel like it would be okay I thought I had a lot of trust in them after speaking to them about what work they were going to do on my mouth and I definitely made the right choice I'm so happy my smiled back I would recommend them to dentakay 100 times a day if anyone what to ask where I got my teeth done my experience my whole experience I would say was absolutely perfect everyone there it's very friendly it helps because the countries amazing and it was very warm as well so yes I would say best thing I've ever done since I've come back from Turkey so many people have mentioned how good my teeth look and even now people say they still look so amazing so yeah I'm so so happy and again thank you so much for the work you did and and thank you

The Dentakay Dental Clinic is truly a one stop shop for all your dental needs. From the amazing doctors who provide best care, to the professional and friendly clinic team, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. The driver who picked me up from the hotel was incredibly polite and welcoming. The hotel itself was all inclusive making my stay seamless. What really impressed me, though, how quickly they were able to complete my dental crowns just 4 days. The team in the London office also incredibly helpful answering all my questions before I travelled. Thank you Dentakay!

I looked at dentakay and decide it was perfect after lots of investigation. Zeeshan was my contact throughout and he made sure I was always informed about my treatment at each stage I was collected at the airport and taken to hotel ( falcon hotel) lovely hotel and staff great each day I was messaged what time my next appointment was and the driver was on time every day taken to dentakay had treatment then return back to hotel. I had 6 teeth extracted, 22 crowns, root canal work. No a single ounce of pain, just some swelling and numbness for an hour. I definitely recommend Dentakay.

This would be a 5 star review for the clinic but this is based on an overall experience with Dentakay.

I recently completed my dental treatment at Dentakay Antalya and my overall experience was a mix. The clinic staff, especially Julie and Ebrahim, were amazing. My dentist, Metin Ali Demire, was fantastic—very thorough and always took time to explain everything.
However, my second visit was disappointing due to issues with the planning department. I was unexpectedly told to cover my hotel and transfer costs, which was not the expectation set during my first visit.

However, I must acknowledge that Dentakay did eventually compromise by offering to cover 5 nights out 11 of accommodation and all transfers after a LOT of back and forth conversations. I still wasn’t happy, I was told to mention this when at the clinic as they treat case by case to waiver the fees, unfortunately it didn’t happen for me.

My first advisor was great but my second advisor communication was lacking, often taking up to a week to respond to my queries. Despite being ready to book my return in January as per surgeons instructions, the communication was so poor that we couldn’t get anything arranged.

I must mention, from your initial quote through WhatsApp prepare for the price to be higher. I understand without the clinic seeing any X-rays and the condition of my gums and only pictures of my teeth, treatment plans will have to be changed. In my case and operation for bone graph, 12 extractions, 3 root canals, 5 mouth implants and a cheek implant. Costing a further £6,000 to £9,000 more depending on what package I chose.

Despite the administrative challenges, I must stress that the work I’ve had done is fantastic. The final result is more than I ever imagined, and I’m so happy with it. I’m forever grateful, thank you for my perfect smile.

So far as for my experience at Dentakay Antalya clinic has been excellent, the clinic is well kitted up with all the modern machinery and all staff are professional and very customer friendly.
The Doctors, Dental staff/assistants
Chauffeur's and all Reception also Patient Assistants have been helpful.
I can definitely recommend.

I am afraid I cannot give higher than 2 stars for my whole experience with Dentalkay.

Although there were satisfactory aspects, there were some experiences that, now I have had time to process them were quite traumatic. I am unsure whether I will use this company again for these reasons.

I was a single female traveller and from the outset of even receiving the quote on Whatsapp I was pressurised into booking flights to "Lock in the special discount price". This should have been a red flag, but as the price wasn't particularly cheap I did feel that I was still getting a good deal for the work involved.

I arrived at the clinic and was basically pressurised into handing over a substantial down payment before anyone had even looked in my mouth. The only reason I didn't hand over more cash was because I purposely left it at the hotel.

I was told that the price for just 7 extractions and implants was over double what I had originally been quoted.

Having spent time back at the hotel speaking to patients from other clinics it was clear to see that I was being exploited as a vulnerable and very nervous solo patient.

I asked for a refund and was told that my hotel and travel expenses would be taken from the sum I had already paid, which would not have left funds in place to go elsewhere.

After a lengthy chat with my medical advisor, I agreed that I would stay with the clinic (I had given up all hope of ever getting a refund) and by this time I was extremely nervous of any dental work. I was offered the work under sedation.

I will say at this point that I was in no doubt about the work of the dentists; my issue is with the high pressure sales team. I was almost made to feel like I was buying a car.

Following my treatment after general anaesthetic, I was half asleep, covered in blood and I was asked for my phone. The young man then proceeded to give Dentalkay a 5 star review on Google Maps UNDER MY NAME, then took a photo of it on his phone.

I asked him why he did this; his reply was that he would receive a bonus.

This was really the last straw.

I have so many other questionable points about this company and their high pressure sales techniques, but if anyone reading this has the strength and assertiveness to stand their ground (which, to be honest, I didn't) and not fall for their spiel, you will be satisfied with the level and professionalism of their dental work.

I really wish I had a better experience, because I'm now left not knowing what to do, or whether to even go back to Turkey for the 2nd part of my treatment.

My advice to anyone reading this is to stand your ground where prices are concerned.

Excellent experience.. Special mention to Robin Peterson who was my medical consultant from start to finish and his reassurance and support was invaluable. The clinic was a lovely modern state of the dental treatment centre. So clean and comfortable, and a friendly atmosphere. The sad story to this is that the dentists in the uk didn’t want to do the procedure and the costs quoted were ridiculous. However at a fraction of the price, the quality was firmly there. Shame that I had travel so far to go. But anyone reading this… don’t listen to the “horror” stories they mention. It’s safe, they are skilled dentists, and dental staff, the equipment is like new and everything is lovely and clean. Clinic is like a fancy dental hotel if I can describe it that way. I was so wary when I left for Antalya, now I have no fears at all.

I was very nervous about going through with the process but I had nothing at all to worry about. I chose Dentakay Antalya clinic after speaking to a couple of friends who had been there and how they praised the clinic and I was also very impressed with how their teeth looked.The experience from start to finish was honestly first class.
From initial contact on WhatsApp I felt assured that I would be treated very well and I was. After a few chats and a few pictures of my mouth I had an estimated price and was on my way.
Pick up to the hotel from the Airport was great and you are driven everywhere in very nice spacious vehicles they are always on time for you and sometimes even there before you.
The clinic is huge, spotlessly clean and modern and the staff are very friendly and most either speak some English or very good English but an interpreter is there for you so no worries at all there.
I had 3 implants will eventually have 20 zirconium crowns (have 16 at the moment) 1 extraction and 3 root canal fillings. The hotel, transfers and flights were all including in the price and the work alone would have been between 20 to 25 thousand pounds in the UK so I was very happy with what I have had to pay.
Because I have had implants the gums as is normal take time to heal 3 months minimum I was told so I return on the 24th of this month to complete the work and have a bit of a holiday in the beautiful Antalya as well.
What is also reassuring I must finally add is if you have any issues at all after treatment is complete because of the lifetime guarantee with the implants and 10 years with the crowns Dentakay have opened a clinic in London where they can diagnose the issue and advise accordingly this might be a more convenient option than flying back to Turkey.
Along with my 2 friends I highly recommend Dentakay.

A surgeon that left me with a face unrecognisable
I have the pics if anyone wants to see them I will happily put up for all to see. If you value your life and your money stay away from this clinic

It's around £5,000 more
To which is a lot more

They don't care about you once you leave the clinic
There is absolutely no after care what so ever like they say
I had to go somewhere else to have my treatment finished and I so wished I'd gone to to the other dental clinic first has I was treated very well
They made me feel at ease after the trauma dentakay caused me
Please do your research and don't go to this awful dental clinic

Juat finished my treatment for my first visit to dentakay antalya as i need to return after implants have healed,can't recommend them enough for the professional high standard work they do and the way everyone goes about there jobs and look after you to make sure your not in pain,

From first contact with Zeeshan at Dentakay, I’ve been treated like royalty, from flights, accommodation, transportation, all went amazingly smooth, As from today I’m the proud owner of an amazing set of new teeth, Can’t thank the staff , Doctors who made this happen for me enough, My jaws are sore from smiling today…🤣 highly recommended 🇹🇷👍🏼

I feel really let down and disappointed in the treatment I have received.
Firstly- We have spoke about coming to dentakay for some time now and when we spoke with Leo the co-ordinator he gave us a price and told us that it wouldn’t change too much but it has gone up by thousands.
We had no choice but to pay as this is the only reason we flew to Antalya. To visit the dentist
Secondly - I then started treatment, i was under local anaesthetic and had all the teeth shaved down, i was told to have a seat and then an hour or so later they came back and told us we couldn’t continue treatment as planned because they were too busy and we had to come back the next day. We left with nothing, no pain killers, no paper work with some do’s or don'ts , no information, nothing at all. When we left I was still numb but as the night went on and it started to ease off I was in so much pain.
I was up all night and couldn’t sleep with the pain and it was so much worse when I lay down. We went back the next day and explained I was in pain. They offered a pain relief injection which helped. I was supposed to have root canal, extractions and implants.
Only the extractions and implants were done as that’s all they had time for and now I need to go back again the next day to be put under more Anaesthetic for the root canal’s to be done. Things that were supposed to be done on Monday still weren’t done by the Wednesday because they were too busy.
We were handed medication on the Wednesday antibiotics and pain killers and then asked to pay for them. We didn’t know we had to pay and this was never explained to us at any point. I feel like we haven’t been given any after care advice.
After all the surgery over the last few days, I have no idea what i can or can’t eat or drink. I have had to google it for myself.
I think this is so unprofessional.
I was been fitted with temporary teeth and explained as soon as I saw them I didn’t like them, I showed them the kind of thing I was looking for and was told that was fine and whatever I wanted to change I can do that no problem until I was completely happy.
I had to pick the shape of the teeth from a crinkled piece of paper that looked like it had been lying around for months and the Shade from a single tooth on a stick.
Very very hard to pick something I need to keep in my mouth for a long time from things like this and feel it should have been done more professionally with more ways to show me how these were going to look.
The teeth were fitted today,
Shape is OK but the colour is way off.
Being told I could change them I went with the shade 3 Hollywood white.
The sample tooth was still very white and thought this would be good however they are not white at all and I feel they are yellow at the bottom near my gums, there is a few different shades on them.
When I spoke to the dentist about this he simple said NO they can’t be changed!
Very rudely!
I was told they could changed and his answer was they can be made darker but not lighter!
No one in the whole clinic ever told me this!
Otherwise I would have went shade 1 with possibly being able to change them.
Very very disappointed that I have paid ALOT of money and not happy at all
I left the clinic today with a few bits of paperwork but they forgot to give me my mouth guard that I need to wear so I’m waiting to see about this before I go home tomorrow on the hope I receive one.

I told the team I get married in June and this was the reason for my new teeth and I feel they have taken my excitement away by the horrible experience I was given.
I need to go back to have my implants done but I’m not sure I will return to dentakay after all of this.
There is no way to contact anyone at the Antalya clinic, it’s all done by the wats app chats but none of them work in Antalya they are all based in Istanbul so it takes a while to get a reply about ANYTHING.

I do have to say that JULIE at Antalya clinic is very very understanding and try's her best to help but a lot of things are out of her control.

I went to Harley Street London 1st to get xrays of my teeth . I spoke to Matt from Dentakay and he was amazing . I said l would like to come out for Christmas and New Year .. I gave Dentakay my flight details and the rest was left in their capable hands .. I flew out on the 22nd December. The Hotel was fantastic the Grand Park Lara . The next day I was picked up in a beautiful VIP vehicle that took me to the Dentakay Clinic .
Upon arrival l was amazed how beautiful the Clinic was . Marble floors and glass everywhere . The staff upon arrival were so kind . I had Julie that showed me everything to do . I spoke to the Doctor and he said have 7 Crowns 6 on a bridge then a Crown at the back . I had a Root Canal Whitening . The temporary crowns were amazing . When they put my crowns In l was blown away . The Crowns are the perfect colour. The whitening is incredible my other teeth have never been so white .
The whole experience was 1st Class and l am so so happy with my smile now . Thank you Dentakay . I met a friend yesterday and she said my Crowns are the best she has ever seen . I signed a 10 year guarantee. Will definitely be back for sure and will recommend Dentakay to all my friends . Thank you so much Dentakay an experience l will never forget xxx

The best hospitality, staff are amazing and so is the interior of the place! everyone was lovely and helpful and made me feel welcome throughout the process. my teeth look amazing and im grateful for doctor cem, he was very bubbly and had a sense of humour! I would definitely be recommending friends and family here as they just incredible with what they do!
