I have been having dental issues for a while and didn’t know who should I trust the most in this corrupt world. Finally I got in touch with Dentakay Dental Clinic consultant. His name is Mr Shaun. 2 off us decided we would use Dentakay. Good pre treatment organisation via WhatsApp from Matt. Told I would require 2 visits to Turkey. When I arrived the treatment plan increased ,treatment was then more than double in the cost quoted. Plan included hotel and flights Due to go back in less than 4 weeks, absolutely terrible communication, so stressful trying to sort out my next visit. Customer service team don’t respond to messages. Eventually responded and told I have to pay for my flights . Unbelievable.

I had been wanting to get my old veneers replaced for a long time. I heard some great things about Dentakay, so I contacted them for a quote. Isaac got back to me quickly and took a lot of time and care to explain my options and the costs involved, to me. We had video calls, phone calls, sent lots of messages and pictures back and forth. I felt confident to go to Antalya and finally have my teeth fixed. The whole process was easy, and within a few days, I had a new smile. The waiting times were a little long at times but the results were well worth it. I would highly recommend.

Impressive service highly recommended
I contacted Dentakay 3 weeks after being recommended spoke to Yussuf who advised me of costs, was planning on having treatment in the near future. I went on holiday to fethiye and had an accident and my existing tooth came off so contact Yussef again who got me booked in the next day met the doctors and was offered a 6 crown bridge and 4 implants so the next day they got booked into 4star hotel had pay extra for room for children which was expected but I got all my treatment done whilst on holiday in such short notice, really impressed with the doctors work planing team who who arranged all transfers and travel to and from hotel. I am back in Uk now yes in pain from the wisdom tooth which was removed but recovering fantastic aftercare as if I have any questions I contact Yussaf who gets back to me.

The initial consultations over whatsapp were very reassuring and although dentakay wasnt the cheapest this reassurance and my own research into their reputation helped make my decision.
The transfers everywhere you go were excellent and very convenient.
Hotel is a 4 star all inclusive and serves its purpose.
The price did change a bit as i needed more work but this was all understood and pre-warned. Albeit it was a little more than expected
All the care at the dental clinic is top class and the staff all very friendly and helpful. I didnt get exactly what i wanted first time and they went out their way to ensure my needs were met 100%.

Did not have teeth fixed. Wanted frontal 3 lower incisor implants including an extraction for one. They offered a crown across canine to canine with a bridge.
I asked a few questions like:
Why did your price change from €1800 to over €2380. In the space of a few hours.
>> this has been corrected. The difference was down to £ price v $ price on brochure.
Questions such as: you’ve got wrong teeth missing in the diagrams, in the plan they had sent.
>> this too has been corrected. The plan with corrections has been sent
Questions around 25% loss of enamel on perfectly healthy teeth for the crown, essentially ruining 3 healthy teeth. If this could be reduced or avoided.
>> this has been addressed by a consultant who has explained why a crown is the preferred solution v implant
Question around bone graft
>> Dentakay have also responded to this and have stated why in my case this is not the preferred option (down to crown v implants)
Questions around how long I needed to stay.
>> Dentakay had responded to this.
The consultant didn’t have the patience to explain the plan, he got impatient, hung up.
>> Dentakay put me in touch with different consultant who went through all the plan and responded to all the questions and patient concerns.
Then have been ghosted by lily
>> lily was on leave and has come back and responded to my concerns,
This post has been amended accordingly.
I will change the 4 stars to 5 stars if I do undertake the treatment successfully.

Aftercare disgraceful
So after leaving my last review of my first visit which was great, since I have come back to the uk for the last 2 months I have been in extreme pain, the temporary teeth are causing me pain and iv been worried about failed implants....I have been messaging the medical consultant, the aftercare team and the dentist however no reply for 6 weeks.... after sending pictures of my teeth I have been told to come back for my final and permanent teeth....I am extremely disappointed in the aftercare with them, there was 0 aftercare, so if u have issue after yoir back mayb something you need to be aware of.....I will update my experience and review on my second visit soon....

I would highly reccomend Dentakay for any treatment you may need, my experience from start was good as I was given a price on whatsapp, when I got there I had a 3d scan and my bone structure was bad which increased the price, which was to be expected, so we agreed a price, no pressure and had my first treatment done. From the hotel, being chaffured and treatment by the doctors, nurses and staff, the whole experience was amazing. I want to thank Dentakay Antalya doctors, nurses and staff for the care they took for myself and wife.
We are happy with our temps and look forward to going back to get our final fitting in 3 months and 6 months

I really don’t know where to begin this…
I really don’t know where to begin this message. My teeth was in a really bad condition and a challenge to repair, based by what my other dentists told me and also what I know and saw in my mouth. I don’t use to go to the dentist because as we all know, we are afraid of them. I went at Dentakay as the last resort with no expectations what so ever. I had 6 implants and 28 crowns. It’s like a month already from my second visit, everything is perfect in my opinion. From the transport, hotel they book for me, the assistants that assist you in like multiple languages, the dentists, the technology. I was amazed by all. Incredible work, guys,

I’ve had to edit this review, I was originally very happy with Dentakays professionalism but the image the company projects is purely marketing and sales tactics! The reviews are not accurate as they ask you to write them in the surgery! They upsold me quality implants and gave me cheap ones, and just before my second visit I started to get a bad metallic taste in my mouth, the work was guaranteed so I had confidence they would address any issues, I was very wrong, dr Murat denied I had any infections at all, I know he was lying because I’ve had 3 other professionals opinions now! he left gaps in my teeth that are not possible to clean and maintain a healthy mouth so I’m sure this will be a continuous problem, instead of fixing their mess they lied and denied the problems and tried charging me an extra six thousand eight hundred pounds, don’t believe their lies, don’t believe the works guaranteed, they’ll say what they need to say to get you back on the plane and out of the way, as soon as they have your money your nothing to them, like the guarantee the after care is non existent, the second visit team are unresponsive (nothing like the first visit team) and after paying well over the going rate for Turkish dentistry I’m literally left with a bad taste in my mouth and looking to have them done all over again, the teeth don’t look good at all and I’ve been left with worse problems than when I started, thanks for nothing Dentakay complete waste of time and money!!

I got my smile back
After an original hiccup at the airport with my taxi driver not being there I was picked up and driven 25 minutes to the all inclusive hotel. Had my assessment the next morning and spoke to the dental expert who went through my treatment plan. Different procedures and prices were explained to me. In retrospect I should have had a full x ray in the UK as my photographs didn't tell the full story. My treatment was completed in 4 days. It was as pain free as possible. Not without a little discomfort but I fully expected it to be worse. Dentakay has state of the art equipment, friendly, welcoming staff and a highly professional dental team. I had a great time at the hotel, meeting people undergoing dental treatment so we obvs had lots in common to talk about. Can't wait to go back to complete my treatment. It has changed my life. I would recommend Dentakay to anyone looking to get their smile and confidence back.

My wife and I had major dental work…
My wife and I had major dental work completed at Dentakay in Antalya, Turkey in the May 2024.
We were both elated with this high tech facility and the professional staff from the dentist to the surgeon top notch.
I had 28 crowns and 4 root canals all completed in 1 week and the results exceeded my expectations.
My wife also is very pleased with the work they performed on her.
They made our visit comfortable and it's very affordable compared to other countries.
