Awaiting arrival of advent calendars (december 3rd) that were supposed to be gifts for family that have now returned to Canada.
When you order a product on facebook , you do not see that it is a shoddy company in China.
Have requested a refund but i doubt it will be forthcoming.
Trading standards will be informed of their dodgy dealings

Saw them advertise magnetic Chess on Facebook, looked great. Ordered on the 19th November and according to the "updates" I have received it is in customs in the states, I am in the UK
Nothing to say when I ordered where it was coming from, just wish I had looked on here first.
Lesson learned

DO NOT use this site, I bought 3 items that are nothing like what was advertised, material disgusting and certainly will not pull you in as advertised, when I messaged them all I got was Sorry and a £4 refund when I asked why only £4 I was informed it was the best they can do.....very disappointed disgusted DO NOT USE DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REVIEWS ON ADVERTISEMENTON Facebook or anywhere else.

I would give minus 5 if I could. Don’t touch this site it’s horrendous!! Delivery and tracking appalling- took over 6 weeks to arrive and goods are shoddy. Certainly robbed. Take advice and don’t even think about them

Absolutely rubbish order from them the item was not great but was to big for me so needed to return the item but they said the item they sent me was what I ordered so can not return it so had to keep them was not very happy in there customer service so please do not order from this company

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COMPANY
I brought a Christmas tree wreath, looks NOTHING LIKE the one online. Was folded in half and lights not on the tree, have to put them on yourself. I emailed customer service so many times. Managed to get the extra £5 they took out of my account and got £6 compensation, they would not refund me the whole amount. Stay away from this company and save your money

Absolute scammers. DO NOT buy from here unless you want to throw your money away. What is advertised on their website is NOT what you get. Total rubbish and customer service are useless. Fake pictures obviously taken from other websites. Would not give me a refund and gave me an address in China to send it back! This stuff is absolute crap! I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Please don’t buy from this company, it’s fake advertising, the items are terrible nothing like the photos they advertise. You will be wasting ur money. I emailed them and they don’t care.
I agree with all previous 1* reviews, but I think I was lucky as I have been able to add to my two decoration trees to make them look better.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered Christmas decoration with lights, fine without the lights, broken as posted in a black bin liner. No bubble wrap, box of fragile. Immediately sent evidence of damaged products and she offered me £4 off my £48 order and refused to accept refund.
The products were posted from china but she pretends she makes them. Complete scam strategy clear

Received item from China even though the tracking says it is with customs in USA. Literally a piece of card with green netting stapled to it. Save your money.

I too ordered a Christmas door decoration and the quality is appalling nothing like what is advertised at all please save your time and money and spend elsewhere AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would give 0 stars if possible I order 2 Xmas door decorations that cost me £35 - they were absolutely terrible and missing parts a 2 year old could of made better ! I have emailed them several time keep offering me £6 compension or return at my cost to China! Should be closed down!

Not even worth 1 star. This is not a good company to buy from. I purchased a DIY bicycle kit. From the start the tracking didnt work, according to it at the moment it's still in the USA..... Goods shown boxed but came in a plastic bag. Totally unsuitable to gift to anyone. They responded with an offer of £1 then when I refused told me it would cost me a lot of money to return so would I accept £3. I said no and have put it in the hands of paypal. Terrible service. Shocking goods. A con from start to finish.

I purchased a Christmas door decoration and when it eventually arrived it was pi*s-poor quality and looked nothing like what was shown on their website. I contacted them the same day that I received the item clearly stating my dissatisfaction, in that the goods were not as described, and to request a returns label for a full refund as per my consumer rights. The company has done nothing but swerve their responsibility, offering only a minimal partial refund of £5 (the full cost including the postage was £26.86). I've now started the chargeback process with my card company.

CORDED ELEPHANTS SHAPE hanging piece but 3 get one free and they took extra £ 4! unauthorised ! so i got into them and they said it was technical error and refunded me as i threatened them with further action
then wen products arrived i was sooo disappointed ☹️ total rubbish i could t give that to any friend ! so git in touch with customer services and was offered £2 i declined so they came bk with £4!!
i told them NO WAY i want at least Half to save me sending items back but declined !! AVOUD LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Scammers avoid like the plague. Spent £26 on a Christmas tree wreath. Be lucky if it’s worth £2. Offered me £3 back. Told them to keep it. I’ll try and get my money back via PayPal

This company needs to be closed down for false advertising, I received my Christmas tree wreath which I paid £27 for, it was a scrambled mess and nothing like was advertised. They offered a refund or £2 which I declined they came back with another offer of £5, so I took up the matter with PayPal they will give a full refund if I return the item which will probably cost me more than I originally paid so I guess I can kiss goodbye to my £27 ...lesson learned....these people are just thieves and shouldn't be able to get away with this 😡

-1 Terrible company to deal with. Avoid avoid avoid. Ordered the light up christmas tree for the door. Item arrived in bits. Lights not been wired and just tied up in a knot. Battery compartment in pieces. Price given but more taken from account. When tried leave a bad review they edited it and put a 4 star review. Have now opened a dispute with PayPal.

Sent me tracking details …. Now discovered not for my order …. My order left at front door by Carrier who had no email to tell me they were delivering … I have not seen the package as I did not know it was there …. According to the tracking I am being sent my parcel is due for delivery NOW, not 22nd October when it got left at my front door and someone else has taken it ….. this company owes me a refund … £24.95 to be precise but they keep telling me to contact the post office !!!! Yodel is NOT a post office !!
Think carefully before using this company you are likely to be out of pocket !!!!!!!!
