I have had account issues for quite a while now and have sent emails as directed to their customer support address. Still no response weeks later!

Dial 123 no longer working from july2023 no customer services either I hope ofcom or watch dog investigate ASAP this dial123.co.uk

To be honest Dial123 used to be the bees knees and very impressive ... I have been a valued customer for some years .. I felt .. now it is is impossible to reach a number and you are very lucky if the system works saying number unreachable/unobtainable....what has gone wrong ? I am considering using a competitor .. there must be a lot of folk feeling this way .. sorry Dial123...you are still taking the cash of users as well .. I need to use quite often this type of telephone service.

terrible service. it stopped working about 2 months ago and has not been fixed!! i still have credit on this!! what a scam!

I have recently had to change my mobile number for security reasons. I updated my account at Dial123 with the new number but for some mysterious reason I am still unable to make an international call!! I have emailed customer support and I have contacted the Help Desk but still no response.

What on earth is going on? I have £14.00 on my account and I intend using it up. So Dial123 please enable my account to accept my new mobile number. If nothing happens, then I shall be reporting this company to Trading Standards.

Been with this company for about 20 years. Always worked in the past but I have noticed that customer support has become non-existent in recent times. Now I have changed my landline, and updated my Caller ID on their site, the system no longer works for me. I have tried emailing for resolution but no response. I do have some money on the system still but realise I will probably never be able to use it. I think those running it have just lost interest... maybe as business has dropped as people use messaging apps for calls these days. I would avoid now.

I made a free test call - it was ok.
I set up an account and top up £10.
From then on it stopped working.
I cannot connect to dialed numbers.
When calling directly, everything is ok.
This service is not working at all.
I requested an immediate refund of £10.

Does what it says in a 1st class manner

Easy to update credit online for excellent, reliable low-cost international phone calls from both landlines and mobiles.

Diabolical! I have been trying to contact a number in America for weeks with absolutely no success! When I inquire as to what I am doing wrong I either am told not to ring certain numbers or I do not get a response. I am not informed what exactly I should dial. I receive messages such as "unreachable or "not recognized" or something similar. And I was informed I had little credit left but I was only able to make one phone call! I cannot recommend this company.

I’ve been using this service for several years, however in the last two years or so it went from acceptable to straight awful. I had constant issues with connection, call quality, credit balance and service availability. Customer service can solve some of these relatively fast (1-2 days max in my experience), but I cannot rely on an instant call service which is not readily available 90% of the time. Would not recommend at all.

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2023: From the 5 stars in my last rating of Dial123 in 2017, I am dropping it to 1 star because suddenly I cannot access my account with my login details, keep getting an incorrect password message and after several password reset requests and messages sent to their helpline address, there is still no reply.

I have a positive balance in my account and am concerned that I have read on Trustpilot through another review that Dial123 is going out of business?

Changed the sim in my phone and got a new number. now - even though I've added the new number to my account, I can't make a call. I get a message saying this number is not registered. Also, when I've checked calls made, since changing sim, my old number is the one logged as making the call - even though I've deleted this number in caller ID! I've emailed 2 days ago, so far no response, rubbish!

I have used this service for many years. Unfortunately, it has got steadily worse. Emails not answered, no way to contact them by phone or chat. This morning I added £10 credit to my account. Seven hours later I’m still waiting for it to appear. Luckily I have my banking app which shows the money has been taken out. Emailed them - don’t expect to get a response. I am not letting this one go. If there is no change by tomorrow I am reporting this company to Trading Standards.

Update: Nine hours later, and just after I posted this, the payment went through. Coincidence?

Poor service, every time when I use it, there are problems either delay my voice or unable to hear my voice at all. This company must fix these problems or I will definitely change to another company.

No stars would be more accurate. Test call worked fine. Paid £10 (minimum permitted) and and added all.my details then NOTHING worked. Support by email only (no reply, let alone a resolution) after 12 hours. UNTRUSTWORTHY.

This is great! Got rid of our landlines and didn't have an international mobile deal. I can now talk to my mom in TX cheaply and easily.

I emailed this company on 1st August 2022 regarding my elderly mother's account
I got an automated response telling me that they would respond to my query as soon as possible.
I sent several reminders since then yet have received no response from Dial123 and it is now 4th September 2022.
The "help desk" is not helpful at all. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered and I do not recommend this company based on my experience.
